It’s Phil’s last week of work away from the Tuesday show, so we present a show from February 22, 2016. Jeb Bush dropping from the presidential race is discussed by Conservatives of Kern County Chairman Larry Grover, who’s out golfing with Frank Grey to raise money for his organization. Father James McQuarters discusses the Apple iPhone “back door” controversy and it’s also revealed that the term “door to door” is likewise a sexual inference. Pastor William Rennick believes the “British Empire” can withstand any “Brexit” from the European Union…

The BSP Classic Hour is from November 2000. Clara Bingham joins the program to comment on the rumors that George W. Bush may have paid for a girlfriends abortion back in 1970. Clara says Mr. Bush was only being passionate and giving the woman what she wanted.

RC Collins is back with his Alt-Right Report. He talks about Milo’s appearance on Bill Maher. Herb Sewell joins the program to discuss the latest historical rankings of US presidents. Dean Wheeler tries to hold it together in the face of a harassing traveling squirrel to voice support for the FCC. Phil chats briefly with a member of the San Bernardino Greasers hockey team about their Chase of the Boner Cup.

Our BSP Classic Show is from May 2004. Margaret Gray thinks that flying the flag on Memorial Day is just going to piss off the terrorists even more. Lloyd Bonafide has a “One Man Show” called “A Living Casualty” that he presents at malls for Memorial Day.

Ted Bell has another Dunphy brother singing in the Prime Rib Room. And Chef Chodillia has embarrassed him by stating, in an issue of Beverly Hills Chef, that he’d “bone” Kellyanne Conway. Austin Amarka, a cabinet installer from Lancaster, has taken exception to Dr. Jim Sadler’s comment that, when examining a man’s prostate, he tells him to “get the pants off, bitch” as a way of letting off steam. RC Collins has another edition of The Alt-Right Report….

The BSP Classic Show is from December 2002. Bobbie Dooley joins the show to discuss the Trent Lott situation. Ted Bell of Ted’s of Beverly Hills comes on to talk about how funny and ridiculous the kids in the Christmas plays are in his kid’s school. Brad Rifkin works for the Salvation Army and wants some respect when collecting money…

Great, old musical theater singer John Jerryman sings songs for a fellow resident’s birthday..

Bobbie Dooley says the only way out of a sexual harassment situation is to go ahead and give out the QBJ’s. David G Hall Aldo joins the conversation. RC Collins delivers his new Alt-Right Report. But Father James McQuarters says Sean Hannity and Michael Flynn are just a couple of “sow-hugging, alcoholic micks who beeline for the Wild Irish Rose when they hit the door at night.”

From January 2005, The BSP Classic Hour Is with the legendary Herb Sewell, author of a book ‘The Bush Legacy.’ He calls in to discuss President Bush & describes the President as more of a jokester and sophomoric man, anything but the devout Christian that he portrays himself to be. Herb sites examples of Bush throwing fake dog poo on the floor of the war room, telling dead baby jokes, and laughing uncontrollably.

An interview with Stephen Bosell about the invasive prostate exam. Dr. Sadler says he’d often call his male patients “bitch” and tell them to “get your pants down.” Bob Green from Frazier Foods is doing an in-store promotion: name your favorite white wide receiver in NFL history. Bob says he’s shocked that white people are so lazy their best wide receivers, like Crazy Legs Hitsch, kinda suck.

The BSP Classic Hour stars Steve Bosell who says kids shouldn’t wear firefighter & police costumes because they might be mistaken for real ones. From October 2001.

Two years ago today, February 14, 2015, Kanye West’s fashion show (everybody in pantyhose?) was all the rage. On this rare past BSP-only show, now heard here for the first time, a potpourri of weird happenings: from Margaret almost kicking Bud to death to Phil having to cut short the show again because of blood sugar issues (which, no doubt, Coach Dozier will rip him an ass over the following day).

The BSP Classic Hour is from January 2005. Jay Santos of the Citizen’s Auxiliary Police is on to promote his program “Rain or Shine.” Jay describes people who drive slowly during inclement weather conditions as losers and gutless wonders, and that even in dangerous driving conditions, motorists should exceed a clip of at least 65 mph. Lloyd Bonafide threatens to turn Jay into a pile of ash with a pith helmet on top.

Aspiring adult film maker Chris Norton is back on the show. He hears that the New England Patriots are copyrighting the phrase “Blitz for Six.” Chris thinks it’s too similar to the title of his upcoming film “Bliss For Six”… a movie about three couples who are so happy that all their tests for venereal diseases came back negative that they go to Mexico for a big partner swap. Also Dean Wheeler guests. He’s opening Wheeler Resort back up!

The BSP Classic Hour is from December 1999. Ted Bell tells Phil that unfortunately he cannot donate the $50,000 he promised to the Emery House foundation because the gingerbread houses that the blind kids made were terrible.

Saturday Cinema: February 11, 2017 – “The Basketball Fix”

Ripped from the headlines of the day and badly written, this thing stars John Ireland and Marshall Thompson as a sportswriter and college basketball star caught up with gamblers. General Gaylen Shaw and this week’s cohost Bud Dickman provide comment. There will be rotating cohorts week to week, pardon the language.
