The gang talked about Gamergate, something Phil maintained was driven by socially inept or unskilled people bordering on autistic. RC Collins joined the show in an ill-concieved attempt at gaining sympathy for his gaming habits, talking Commandant Weirman into pretending to be tased to show RC's "clout" if gamers aren't respected. Meanwhile Weirman went along in hopes he'd receive a sizable donatioon from RC's father for Bradley Military Academy Don Berman came on to talk about Rush Limbaugh's statements regarding Ebola and whether or not Rush is losing his hearing again...this all while Don was ordering donuts for the newsroom staff, donuts he promptly ate....

                              Waterman Segal's Portrait of Commandant Weirman On the show briefly this morning was Jay Santos of the Citizens Auxiliary Police to talk about riot control. He was sidetracked trying to order some kind of a breakfast sandwich that kept coming back with not enough bacon on it. RC Collins checked in from an auction at Bradley Military Academy where he was bidding on an ol painting by "the master Waterman Segal" of Commandant Weirman,  Phil Tonight At The Irvine Improv. Then Phil talked with the crew about the ongoing angst of family members around the Flight 370. Later Will Garbarini, "oceanographer" discussed further search efforts with the panel and Mavis Leonard who imagined herself being on board. Margaret began feeling bad for the first class passengers who would have been the first to hit the water. RC Collins discussed the military options in the east Ukraine, quoting "Lieutenant Mullings, who's our tactics and battle plan instructor" and mentioned the Marines in a famous World War 1 battle that had nothing to do with the topic... Phil was under the weather, so we've got some "Best Of" on the podcast from March 8th, 2001. Austin Amarca kicked off the show as the "Ultimate Cowboys Fan." He thinks that the Cowboys are the greatest team ever and losing Aikman won't matter. They'll still be the greatest. The second hour featured RC Collins. RC thinks that video games and violent movies cause the kids to shoot other kids. "Parents need to take control of us because we are out of control." Steve Bosell and Harvey Wireman closed up the show with a '70s party. They played Twister. Dale Montez pinned Steve down and farted in his face, and he's since been unable to sleep with his wife.

General Shaw flew to Chattanooga last night after the show and tried to get to Atlanta for a talk at a school. But he refused to get into the courtesy van. Phil recalls his time in Atlanta when it snowed there in 1993. Pastor William Rennick calls in about toilet paper and Hosea Williams. Charlie LaFountain is on to talk about President Obama using Executive orders. He's also attracted to Michele Bachmann. Phil talks about Representative Michael Grimm. This guy got mad at a New York reporter and he threatened to throw him off a building. RC Collins calls in with his opinion. Bud is getting out of control. Margaret talks about her time as a dancer. David G Hall calls in to discuss talk radio. Phil has some trouble with the printer. Phil and Margaret talk about Justin Bieber and his problems. Show log by Bonnie Kliewer.

Ep. 198

In the first hour Phil talked about Kim Jung Un's uncle getting executed, and Don Berman joined the show to talk about Hollywood Park closing. During the second hour Don Burman continues to talk about the closing of Hollywood park from Cory Downs. He's betting on the horses again and of course losing. He says the whole thing is fixed and he's threatening the horses and jockeys. RC Collins calls in to say that Don is a degenerate gambler and Watson agrees. He says he knows a little bit about horse racing because his dad used to have a box. He then insults General Shaw. Bud's starts talking about the monkey at the beginning of 2001 and everyone thinks Phil needs a vacation. Mavis Leonard comes on in the final hour. She's on her way to the store to get some Henry Weinhard. She's talking about a number of random things. Bud says that gambling is a sin, his Mom's church says so. This leads to Phil calling Pastor Rennick to explain some things. Bud says his Mom does the scratch and sniff. The Pastor starts talking about in the bye and bye you go bye bye and the Devil says hi, or something like that.
