Hour 1: Doug Danger is talking about gay exorcism. He doesn't think it's possible. Phil then talks about a Transformer being black and the flack surrounding it. He takes a phone call. David G Hall calls in complaining to Phil for talking about death. A woman gets fired from her job at a restaurant for shaving her head to raise money for cancer research. Bob Green is on the show to applaud the restaurant. That woman should not have done that. The public is scared of her bald head. Dean Wheeler calls to weigh in. Hour 2: A hit and run happened in Hartford Connecticut. A 78 year old man lay in the street and nobody stopped to help. There's some commentary. Les calls in to the show to say he saw a guy get hit by 5 cars and then went to get a coffee at a Starbucks. Bobbie Dooley is on to discuss a Green test. A person can find out how much of a carbon footprint he or she will leave. How long would they live in your own carbon footprint. Both Bobbie and Steve have extended their lives. A elderly neighbor of theirs took the test and her carbon footprint is too large, she should be dead. Her neighbor calls in to defend herself. Steve put a coffin in her front lawn and called her dead woman walking. Frodo the puppet makes an appearance. Hour 3: Steve Bosell comes on to talk about Zero Tolerance in schools. He is reacting to a story about a 6 year old boy who brings a camping knife to school and gets suspended for it. Steve's son, Steve Jr., had a similar experience. He saw a fellow classmate with a milky red substance that looked like it was oil based. He thought it was a bomb so he tackled the boy and got suspended for it. Steve is suing the school for it. Then the stories we couldn't get to.
Hour 1: Jay Santos is on the show to talk about the Fort Hood shooting. He said the United States Army blew it. He emailed an idea to dress up an Army Intelligence Officer as a virgin to talk to this guy Hassan when he comes out of his coma. He'll think he's in heaven so maybe he'll give up some information. The Army dismissed his email and basically laughed in his face. Phil mentions the execution of John Mohammad. Today is the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Hour 2: Guy Barton and Kurt Queedy are on the show to talk about healthcare covering abortions. The say that Republican women will go along with the public plan if wealthy women are covered too. Hour 3: The Wall Street bankers have more access to the swine flu vaccine than the average person. Bob Green agrees with this. He's on the show to say that the first people to get vaccinated are the President and his family, the members of congress, business leaders and their families, little children and finally old people. Then the stories we couldn't get to.
Hour 1: Bob Green CEO of Frazier foods is on the program to talk about the story of the hotel owner in Taos New Mexico who told his Mexican employees to change their names and to not speak spanish in front of him. Bob is doing the same type of thing in his store by renaming the ethnic foods to Americanize them so Americans can understand them better. He claims that most Americans don't know what a Tortilla chip or salsa is. Hour 2: The White House continues to attack Fox News. Phil offers some commentary about this. Then he takes some phone calls. Chris Norton comes on the show to talk about the fact that Levi Johnston is going to pose for Playgirl magazine. Chris thinks only men will see this. He says that Levi has been emasulated by Sara Palin. Then Phil talks about climate change. Hour 3: Jack Armstrong comes on the show to talk about Fox News and CNN. He says that people who watch Fox News aren't too bright. Fox is boring for liberals and progressives. Then the stories we couldn't get to.
Hour 1: Phil starts out talking about the Acorn story, there is some political commentary and he takes a phone call. Hour 2: Professor Emory Clayton comes on the show to talk about MSNBC host Contessa Brewer mixes up Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson. He says the white reporters should know who they are talking to. A band sings an anti gay rendition of a Merle Haggard song. Hour 3: Bob Green is on to talk about the bonuses that these Executives are supposed to get but Obama is going to trim them because of the crisis. Bob thinks this is unfair. His wife wants a tub with 4 legs and a vacation to Mexico. He thinks the government is butting into his business. They don't know what's going on. Then the stories we couldn't get to.
Hour 1: Phil makes the statement that the politicians are more truthful than many of the TV and radio hosts out there. People bring their guns to a presidential event. Phil takes some phone calls. Texas schools are required to teach Bible classes. Hour 2: A story about using email at work. The Obama poster author is revealed as a 20 year old college student from Chicago. Phil mentioned Glenn Beck saying Obama is a racist. As you like to hear them segment with John Mackey president of Whole Foods. He says people with cancer shouldn't expect to be healed eating food from his store. Bob Green calls in to the show to say that sickly looking vegans come into his store. Hour 3: This hour Phil talks about healthcare, takes some phone calls, talks about the stimulus program and the stories we couldn't get to.
Hour 1: Best of from March 2009. Phil starts out talking about credit card reform, then he takes some phone calls. Virginia Wolf retracted her belief that the murder of Matthew Shepard's death was a hoax. The World According to Dave Oliva talks about the story of a woman in Florida who called 911 three times because she didn't get her chicken McNuggets. There's a Lune Alert. Jackie Chan endorses Chinese censorship. Phil discussed the Thrilla in Manilla documentary. Hour 2: Best of from March 2009. Phil talks about beauty pageants and gay marriage. Then he takes some calls. Bob Green calls in to talk say race in important in his store. Then he mentions his 7 layer dip that he makes. Hour 3: Best of from March 2009. The topic of discussion this hour is sexual orientation and gay marriage. Then Phil takes some calls. Bob Bakien discusses the book he wrote The World of Being Poor. Then the stories we couldn't get to.
Hour 1: This hour is from March 2008. World According To segment. Phil interviews Mavis Leonard. She discusses her sister, Robert's dad, and other crazy topics. Dr.Ron Tarner comments on the death of Arthur C. Clark. Dr. Tarner doesn't like Mr. Clark because he said that there was life on the moon in his movie 2001. He also said he was a pervert because he used his telescope to look at the ladies. R.C. Collins called in to give his opinion. Towards the end, Phil discusses a story about weight based discrimination. Hour 2: This hour is from May 2008. There is some commentary on gays. A National Socialist Radio bit. Larry Klink interviews the Fuhrer and Arianna Huffington. During the last half of the hour Phil interviews Walid Shoebat. A Palestinian American Christian who converted from Islam. Hour 3: The first half of this hour is from June 2008. The second half is from December 2008. Guy Barton and Kurt Queedy come on the program to talk about a story of Pakistani men getting spa treatments. Guy and Kurt wants to introduce a bill to allow men who are prone to be in a terrorist organization to get massages. That way they may have second thoughts. During the second half of the show Bob Green comes on the program to talk about paper or plastic week. He hires developmentally disabled people at his store to bag groceries and he says that liberal places like Traders Joes where you bring your own bag, are anti-mentally retarded. Bob says this book for men exposes "the device of deception" that women use to deceive men into thinking they're beautiful.Hour 2:Restaurant owner Ted Bell recently got beat up for making an offensive comment to an African-American man at a Gas Station. Ted says he was only making an observation that most white people would have made.Hour 3:Phil Hendrie presents... "Letter To My Baby." Phil wants to know why the World Cup gets so much publicity. Phil takes calls from fans, and Margaret Gray sings Frank Sinatra's "My Way."
Hour 1:Former pilot Art Griego joins the program to talk about Thunderbird, an aviation game where commercial pilots play "chicken" in the air with passengers on board.Hour 2:Grocery Store CEO Bob Greene joins the program to talk about employee reviews. In this particular review Bob posted a notice in his employee lunch room that said "Sexual Addiction? We Can Help" with a number that went to a direct line in Bob's office. Bob says this is the most efficient way to weed out "perverts" from his store that are a risk to fellow employees and customers.Hour 3:Program director David G. Hall has a big announcement... the Phil Hendrie Show has welcomed a new sponsor "Mint Green." Margaret Gray calls in and sings the tag line. Phil plays the Alan Combes crank call. RC Collins asks Phil about Al Lewis of the Munsters, Jeff Dowder joins in to debate. Phil talks about the Google Maps contest, and Bing Crosby discusses Black History Month.
