    • How can I terminate my subscription?

      Simply send an e-mail to [email protected] requesting a cancellation and we would be more than happy to assist you.

    • How can I end my trial?

      Once logged into your account, direct yourself to the homepage and click on the “Cancel” link as seen here.

  • Commenting

    • I’m signed into my Backstage Pass. Why can’t I leave comments on the site?

      Simply send your username or order number to [email protected] and we would be more than happy to activate commenting for your account.

  • Download Problems

    • How do I download the recent shows onto my iPod?

      If you direct yourself to “Recent Shows” under the “Backstage” drop down header you will see under the Monday-Friday shows that there are two options; the top link is the streaming version of the show (Windows Media Player), which you can use to listen to Phil right in your browser! The bottom link is the downloadable, MP3 version of the show, which is what you want to put on your iPod.
      Depending on what web browser you are using, a simple left-click should start streaming or downloading. If you are attempting to download the show and left-clicking does not work, merely right-click the downloadable MP3 file and select “Save Link As…” to somewhere on your computer that you will remember. Then you can drag and drop those MP3 files into iTunes and onto your iPod or other music player.

      If you are using a Mac and Safari to access the site then you can download the shows by holding down the “Option” key and clicking on the MP3 link.

      Alternatively, you can simply subscribe to our RSS feed, which will automatically download the daily shows to your computer!

    • How do I sign up for a free trial?

      Click on the “Subscribe” link from any page and then for your “Membership Option” select “Free Trial”.

    • How can I end my trial?

  • Podcasts

    • I just signed up for a Backstage Pass, how do I subscribe to the BSP podcasts on my iPhone or iOS device?

    • I just signed up for a Backstage Pass, how do I subscribe to the BSP podcasts on my computer?

      Under the “Backstage” header you will see an entry for “Podcasts”, which has a sub-menu for the podcasts that we offer. Or just follow these links:

    • Can I get Phil’s autograph?

      Head over to the shop and select any CD. You can then choose “Autographed CD” from the drop-down menu.

    • Do you take requests for merchandise ideas?

      Of course! Send your ideas to [email protected] and if there is enough interest we would be more than happy to get that item made.

  • Videocast

    • Is the videocast compatible with my iPhone or other iOS device?

      Our live and on-demand videocasts are available for all iOS and Android devices! To watch on-demand, simply navigate to the Recent Shows, tap on the “Videocast” link, and then tap on the video when it pops open in a new window. To watch live, select “Watch Live” under the “Live” menu.

    • How can I watch the videocast on my Android device?

      Each Android device handles videos differently. Some Android devices will play the videocast natively, but if you’re receiving errors when attempting to view the videocast, you may need to try installing Flash or using an alternate web browser.

      You can install Flash onto your Android device by following these steps.

      If installing Flash does not solve the issue, you can try using an alternate web browser. The browsers that have been shown to work well with the majority of Android devices are Puffin, Now Browser, and Chrome.
