Elizabeth Hasselbeck….her best day hasn’t arrived yet

Don Berman joined the show tonight to weigh in on Elizabeth Hasselbeck staying on with “The View” even as Joy Behar departs. “Elizabeth Hasselbecks best day will be the day she walks into Barbara Walters office and tells her “Thank you ma’m for the opportunity to take up precious air time that would have been better used by someone with more intelligence and skill.’ And after saying that, she opens a fourth floor windown and steps out.

Vernon Dozier and Steve Bosell debated whether or not Phil used “baby talk” when he mispoke during his interview with Steve this evening. Bosell was arguing on behalf of internet privacy. While Mr. Bosell was videotaped at a batchelor party defecating on a sleeping guest, he doesn’t feel that should used against him in any future business dealings….

And a bunch of other crap

Show Log For Thursday March 7, 2013

It was Sluggo Easom, owner of Easom Transport, talking to the Phil crew about the advisability of hiring celebrities as drivers. Yes it would bring attention to the plight of overworked truckers but it would also mean underqualified drivers killing innocent motorists. Sluggo also recounted a story from his driving days when Mitch Purser, another driver, parked his rig on Sluggo’s foot.

Ted Bell, once again wanting to be taken seriously as a broadcaster, came on the show twice and huing up twice, once after he mispronounced ‘Kansas City’ by saying ‘Kansas Sti-ty.’

Dean Wheeler and his wife were conducting a “Native American Purification & Wedding Ceremony’ when Dean became upset with the sound of two squirrels in a tree just above them. He got one of the Native American flute players to climb the tree and deal with the squirrels but the poor man either slipped or “was shoved” off of the branch where the squirrels were and fell to the cement below.

Other stuff too

Show Log For Wednesday March 6, 2013

                                           Alvin Lee

Phil was in touch with David G. Hall who was traveling to Mexico with his fiance Tabatha aboard a refurbished DC-3. Tabatha apparently overheard many of Phil’s comments to David during an argument and continually “rolled her eyes,” according to David. This angered Phil so much he started talking about the DC-3’s safety record causing Tabatha to wet herself and David to terminate the call…

Herb Sewell came on to discuss telecommuting, much to the disgust of Margaret who didn’t like a convicted child molester joining the show to weigh in on “working from his half-way house.” In this case Herb terminated the call saying anyone changing his tel;ecommute schedule “would be found in pieces with no way of identifying them for weeks.”

Phil overrules Margaret when she expresses her wish to sing the song “I’d Love To Change The World” in honor of the passing of Alvin Lee……Here’s a hint as to why: She was going to sing the line “Every where there’s dykes and fairies…” like she’s working the tables at a beer garden
