Just got super tired of this business-as-usual bullshit. I’m trying to make a living. I don’t have my hands shoved in someone elses pocket. And we have an obligation to ouir subscribers as well. Uncensored Philcast at 9pm PDT……radio show from 10pm to 1a…..

There isn’t anyone reading this that works for free or allows people to take their work and do whatever they want with it in violation of the law. This guy believes that he knows better what to do with my work than I do. He has been asked to stop and he refuses. He uses my name, my image and my work and has even attempted to profit from it. He’s a Canadian so maybe  he is unfamiliar with US copyright law. Unfortunately, the longer the material stays up, the less inclined I am to “forgive and forget.”

…and the individual pirating and posting our material as a podcast has been warned repeatedly without success. As a result, our attorney has it now….

…and then we fill in January thru March of ’02. I know, don’t ask me, but the crew thought that was logical before we finished all of 2001…..
