Show Log for Tuesday April 6, 2010

David G. Hall and Dean Wheeler ganged up on Phil in the first hour telling him he had no right to talk about marine mammals flourishing on the California coast while oil drilling is going on. David reminded Phil that while he was not into censorship Mr. Wheeler’s Northern California Holisitic Center is a sponsor.  Dean said the reason why there are no seals in Florida is because the people of Florida killed them all, not because they are not indigenous to the area. Phil then had another meltdown over the Swith Not Being Flipped…he was almost ready to kill himself when he finally demanded that engineering put in an on/off light. Next hour Jack Armstrong, liberal pollster and blogger, babbled abouyt why he thinks some black voters are joining the Tea party. His theory is that African-Americans just want to pee all over the Democrats because it’s how they act reflexively. They rebel. A lot of hooey like that. A high point of hour three was Margaret calling in to sing an arrangement of “Folsom Prison Blues” she did for Johnny Cash while she was appearing in “Hair.”

From Houseboat Rob….

He’s begun introducing himself around the Florida Keys as Major Elvis Newton. I think this is outstanding and should become a national trend. Wherever you are today, introduce yourself as Major Elvis Newton….if you’re a woman, introduce yourself as Major Elvis Newton’s wife….or daughter where applicable. With any luck, this will make Trending Topics on Twitter by 2015.

Jay Santos…not Maj. Newton

Show Log, Monday April 5, 2010

We kicked off with Teacher of the Year nominee Vernon Dozier who says to parents “think like a teacher, not like a parent..in other words think more like me.” Vernon used as an example of his progressive teaching methods, his singling out two female students….and comparing their chest sizes! It’s all a part of hour one. In hour two, Phil does an Obama rant. Basically it had to do with Obama “not being as dumb as he looks.” In the last hour, Larry Grover talks about Tiger Woods’ youth and how we didn’t protect him. Sure he’s 35 but thats his physical age. “He’s way younger mentally and he needs a pony ride and candy.”

Nicollette Sheridan claims she was assaulted on set which is a filthy lie..”A Little Bird Told Me”

Suing...Former Desperate Housewife Nicollette Sheridan is reportedly suing the show's creator, Marc Cherry, for $20 million.

Suing … Nicollette Sheridan claims on-set abuse.

Nicollette Sheridan, former star of TV show Desperate Housewives, is suing the show’s creator and producer, Marc Cherry, claiming he physically abused her while on set. She lies.

Sheridan claims Cherry struck her across the head and face after she questioned the script and he later fired her after she made a formal complaint to the show’s network, ABC. Horse droppings. Although he should have.

In a suit filed this week, Sheridan is now suing for more than $20 million on claims of assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination. I have found out that Ms Sheridan is battier than an outhouse rat and has made these claims before.  Oh, she’s real different.

Nicollette Sheridan

ABC has responded to news of the lawsuit by saying: “While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit.” When reached for comment, my husband Frank said “Nicollete Sheridan? He’s a piece of tail. What about him?”

The actress played Wisteria Lane’s bad girl Edie Britt and appeared in the hit show from the first episode. Her character was killed early last year, thank the Christ, near the end of its fifth season, much to the surprise of fans and fellow cast members.
