Hour 2: Jay Santos on Operation Tablesit, where he spies on subdued conversations at restaurant tables. Coincidentally this comes on the same day the US Patriot Act was passed. Hour 3: Ted Bell wants an 18-month pass to be able to drive drunk anytime he wants since he is an important businessman.
The show started with Mental Health on Parade with Dr. Alvin Cooper, who was in studio. Phil then went on a rant to say that "Peretta" was not a very good show. And then he gives some rumors about former TV stars. Ted Bell joined the show in the second hour to say that Jenna Bush shouldn't have been popped for underage drinking. Bar owners always let pretty minors drink to keep up business. They also kick up ugly women. Art Bell then came on to close the second hour with his Brad Pitt clothing line. Mavis Leonard closed the show. She wants to teach kids gun safety and respect. She shot the children's dog to show them, and her husband shot through his own hand.
