Harvey Weirman and Don Berman discuss the passing of Hiroo Onada, a Japanese soldier who hid in the jungle of the Philippines for 29 years before being coaxed out in 1974. Both men agreed that while Onada was sitting in trees and "eating frog and bug three times a day the emperor was enjoying state of the art geishas and and his former commanding officer had tickets to Deep Purple of the Budakan."
