Hour 1: Dumbass of the Year Awards.
Hour 2: Dave Oliva thinks cops shouldn’t think twice about shooting suspects during a pursuit, and says the Tennessee cops who rescued a carjacked child were “hillbilly cops” who trained on a farm. He says the LAPD would take care of business. He says, “Sometimes you’ve just got an instinct to start blasting” (19m).
