Ted Bell believes the consumer owes a little more to businesses that have shown themselves to be good and reliable in the past. Disney's movie "John Carter" looks like it's going to lose 160 million dollars. After a 5 million dollar opening Ted told Phil the movie goers of America didn't have the common decency to go out and buy a ticket to support a company that has been a de facto baby sitter for years. Ted feels the same way about his business. He makes great steaks. So why did "some broad" complain that his clams were "rancid."
