Hour 2:
Ted Bell doesnt want kids that have undergone chemotherapy going in his restaurant collecting for the children of Afghanistan. He wants them outside in front of a bank next door so they don't infect the customers. He says his alcoholic customers will look at a pale kid with a pewter plate of coins and go into DTs thinking they're a ghost.
