West Virginia legislators Curt Queedy and Guy Barton are pushing the “West Virginia Modern Modernity Act of 2018.” They’re behind the purchase of an NHL hockey team they’ll call the “Spaceships.” They are also proposing renaming West Virginia, giving it a name, Neptune, that reflects a state oriented toward the future.
