On tonights show Jeff Dowder, a guy who posts Phil Hendrie's audio illegally tried to convince Phil and his audience that he has the right to do it because he has "Safe Harbor" and "Fair Use" and because he's a "curator." Phil cites federal and state law that prohibits hosting or linking copyright protected material but Jeff says the law doesn't apply to the internet becaused "the internet...see...people don't really know where it is or how it works. Its in a vapor."

Later, Don Berman of Channel 19 news tells Phil that, inspired by Steven Slater, the flight attendant that slid down the escape slide at JFK to get away from "abusive" passengers, Don quit his news job on the air saying he was protecting freedom of the press. When the video of Don quitting doesn't go viral and in fact a video of a chimpanzee "fisting itself" gets way more hits, Don blames the stupidity of the American people for not giving him love like they gave love to "The Flyng Queer."
