Bobbie and Steve Dooley get people ready for the Winter-tacular in January. Phil interviews Bob Green and Ted Bell. Looks like the “take a load” joke is getting out if hand.

More Bobbie! She comes on to talk about a lady that recently died from heat stroke at Western Estates. Steve had locked her breaker box because her air conditioning was too loud at night. Bobbie doesn’t feel responsible because the old lady wasn’t following the rules of the homeowners association.
