Hour 1: Brass Villanueva is a Latino waiter who intimidates customers if they don’t give good tips. He says if you want to assure good service, tip well. Callers say it’s the other way around.

Hour 2: RC Collins and fellow cadets are decorating theirselves with self-awarded military medals because they feel they’re part of the team. They’re wearing silver stars, bronze stars, and purple hearts.

Hour 3: VARIETY.

Wow, how things change. Now, min 15% tips are part of the bill and 20% is considered standard. Brass-trodamus!

Brass as the Latino waiter is one of my favorite bits…this was also the first Phil Hendrie show I ever heard. I was hooked right away.
