Doug Dannger was on to discuss Jim Carrey’s latest project, one that did not get off the ground. In the process he discussed Carrey’s first, “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective” which Bob Green called in about, claiming it was originally “Ace Ventura: Pet Embalmer” and that his brother, Richard Green, wrote it.
Austin Amarca was also on saying Dannger hitting the “gay man and gay journalist” note was getting on his nerves.
Later it was Harvey Weirman discussing some legal issues but remembering the mental illness of his wife who used to look at him at dinner and say “It’s your move. I’m standing here. It’s your move.” Dr. Jim Sadler called in to try and talk to Harvey about his issues but was driven from the air.
