It is not clear under several rulings and titles of civil, criminal and tort law that a police officer (of the law) would be required to use his or her voice as a siren if the actual one malfunctioned and pursuit could not be avoided or postponed until siren was repaired. It may be a high court ruling will be necessary should the citizenry become alarmed.

The cop with the mouth siren really is just the best.

Schizophrenia, multiple personality, whatever; you do sound highly eccentric, if not full blown batty, Phil. I think I’ve the word “testing” enough times now to drive me a little batty. But whatever else you are, Phil, you are NOT BORING.

Hey Phil, that “Two dudes,” line gets me EVERY SINGLE TIME! Bob Green still has me in stitches over that line.

The first few minutes of the pre show sounds like a man fighting full blown schizophrenia.

I take it you mean ‘multiple personality disorder. ‘Schizophrenia’ is something else…… It’s real different

That too, with just a hint of a progressive supranuclear palsy. Either way I am highly entertained.
