Hour 1: VARIETY.

Hour 2: Margaret Gray is a reporter who also wants to educate, so she burns Bush-Cheney campaign stickers and decals.

Hour 3: Lloyd Bonafide is a senior citizen who is sick of trick-or-treaters bothering him so he’s going to sabotage their treats. The city won’t finance a fence for him to keep them out. Phil closes talking about blacks voting for Christian politicians who have historically held down civil rights.

Hour 1 includes Phil talking with Christian, a homeless man who was offered crack cocaine (and more) to vote for John Kerry. Also, Jeff Dowder checks in from a batting cage to discuss how to decide who to vote for, and Bud stops in with his Halloween costume.
