Hour 1: Law Talk with Harvey Wireman kicks off the show. As usual, Harvey forgot his glasses, and he is so senile that he cannot read nor remember ‘tsunami,’ which is the topic of the segment. Tsunami talks continue, as Bud has the brilliant idea to clean up the tsunami disaster area with Bounty towels. Phil plays the flashback “Cat Sex,” a classic in which cats are having sex in Bobbie Dooley’s yard, and she is concerned whether the sex is consensual. Earl Pants Car Talk gets a segment has Earl Pants trying out the latest GPS unit. Also an appearance by Tsunami Sam.

Hour 2: Bobbie Dooley is on to promote the Western Estates Wintertacular, which features a Thai themed fashion show, displaying the clothing the Thai people wore when they were hit with a tidal wave. Bobbie gets defensive when asked about the proceeds going to charity, and says she does not need the publicity of donating to the Tsunami fund, unlike that attention whore Sandra Bullock. Phil finishes the hour with more tsunami shtick.

Hour 3: It’s the Combover Boy Show! Briefly into the segment, David G. Hall interrupts to tell Phil that he crossed the line with the Combover Boy bit by mentioning child prostitution. Phil talks about his female fans, awful drivers, and his house near El Pacifico. Bud asks Phil about “bulge-out pants”.
