Bit Question…….

Your Name: Philo Drummond
Subject: An Old Show
Message: Hi Phil — I’m a long time fan, fianlly got my BSP. Where can I find that one show you did a few year’s back where you did the bit about the Arab guy living in America who was pissed off because his son didn’t want to become a jihadist and he blamed UCLA for tempting his son with a basketball scholarship. The Arag guy kept yelling “It’s Bullcrap”! I’d love to hear that one again. That was pure classic Phil. You’re a genius.

Jeff Dowder: My Recent Appearance On The Phil Hendrie Show And the Copyright Issue

Jeff Dowder Enterprises Company and Associates.

Phil Hendrie doesn’t understand as I told him last night. The internet is a place where they haven’t been able to tell where it is. It’s a vaporous place. What me, Justin Luey, Chip Shrivel and Mason Koonhand are attempting to do with our tribute sites is embrace the future of the new media safe harbor where they can’t tell you what to do and pay tribute to our favorite comedians but, yes, also, not pay for it.. That’s what I’m trying to say, that’s all….. Now, what would I do if someone stole from me? That’s where Mr. Hendrie thinks he’s got me. I don’t have anything anyone wants to steal but let’s say I did. Okay? First off, I wouldn’t care. I believe in the free harbor. I would want some kind of a time limit, sure. Who wouldn’t? But that doesn’t mean I believe in not being free for everyone. It means that, I do own it and I wouldn’t want it used forever and ever by people. But that’s different from Mr. Hendrie who doesn’t believe in safe use or fair harbor (I might have gotten that backwards) and wants less of a time limit. I know that its confusing to all of you. Here’s what I mean because I know it’s confusing. Me, Justin Luey, Fresco Bungman, Jerry Leontine and all of us who are ontrapanoors simply believe that once something gets copyrighted but then goes out into the internet it has gone beyond where the law is. Does that mean a guy can put up a picture of a nude little kid? No! Not at all and I know Justin, Fresco..all of us agree on that. But it is also kind of tough to say to that guy he doesn’t have a right to be free and put nudes up of little kids…but I wouldn’t do it. I’ve been writing a long time and I know it’s confusing. I’ll also talk to Eric Kahuna about it and he’ll freshen up my writing but it’s something I know I along with Steve Poled, Pat Shitno, Justin Luey and Donald Duck all understand very well. And once we find a lawyer that agrees with us…watch out!

Mr. Dowder is a on-line blogger and ontraponoor. But the only thing he does that anyone has any real interest in is pretend he runs Phil’s web site and drive a snow plow for Huntington Beach, Ca.

Margaret Grey: Dr. Laura Apologizes for Shocking, N-Word Filled Radio Rant

Yesterday, the whore Dr. Laura Schlessenger shocked her radio show audience when she argued with a colored  woman about racism and—among other things—said the word “nigger” six whole times. Today, Schlessenger, who showed her vagina once to a boyfriend as he photographed it,  apologized for her filth. With the help of my son, Jason Jay Delmonico, I put the audio here so you can be offended.

It happened during a discussion with a negro female caller who thought the white she’s married too has friends almost as stupid as him.  (the most shocking moment came when  Schlessenger said, “Black guys use it all the time. Turn on HBO and listen to a black comic, and all you hear is nigger, nigger, nigger. I don’t get it. If anybody without enough melanin says it, it’s a horrible thing. But when black people say it, it’s affectionate.”

Following a commercial break, Schlessenger resumed her conversation with the woman, who was upset at the host’s choice of words. Here’s more of the audio of what the whore said along with her caller, the colored woman.

Conclusion: If most of us didn’t already wish she was dead and stinkinfg in a shallow grave,  we’d do the knee-jerk, right-wing thing and say ‘Hey, she’s right!” But we’re not going to. Well, I’m not going to. I’ll let some other stupid cunt do it.

Show Log For Thursday August 12, 2010

On tonights show Jeff Dowder, a guy who posts Phil Hendrie’s audio illegally tried to convince Phil and his audience that he has the right to do it because he has “Safe Harbor” and “Fair Use” and because he’s a “curator.” Phil cites federal and state law that prohibits hosting or linking copyright protected material but Jeff says the law doesn’t apply to the internet becaused “the internet…see…people don’t really know where it is or how it works. Its in a vapor.” Later, Don Berman of Channel 19 news tells Phil that, inspired by Steven Slater, the flight attendant that slid down the escape slide at JFK to get away from “abusive” passengers, Don quit his news job on the air saying he was protecting freedom of the press. When the video of Don quitting doesn’t go viral and in fact a video of a chimpanzee “fisting itself” gets way more hits, Don blames the stupidity of the American people for not giving him love like they gave love to “The Flyng Queer.”
