We Are Staying On This Till We Get It Done, Folks…Show Log For Wednesday January 30, 2013

Phil got into a variety of arguments tonight with Margaret, Dr. Ron Tarner and Bud about what the greatest American invention was (Bud said “Catsup or Ketchup) and how Jason Jay Delmonico can become everything Sylvester Stallone is and more…even as a porn actor… Also a discussion of Kathyryn Bigelow’s “Zero Dark Thirty” doesn’t keep Margaret from stuffing her face with Hostess Cupcakes and bringing on the hearing impaired Debbie Daley for a “mumble-fest.”

Show Log For Tuesday January 29, 2013 and a note on archived shows…

Doug Dannger guested along with Frank Grey and David G. Hall. What they did, I have no idea because I can’t remember…

…..We have noted the number of missing hours in the archivesa. They are on our site, they just need to be migrated and then linked. Please don’t worry. This problem is being solved as well as we speak.

The Live Show Was Canceled Due To Technical Difficulties

We sincerely apologize, but we had to cancel the live show tonight due to unforseen difficulties with our videocast. It appears that the new Zencoder service that we use to stream the live show to Apple devices is experiencing a temporary outage. We are working around the clock with their support team to get things back online. Please bear with us during this transition period. We promise that things will be smoothed out very soon!

  • Download Problems

    • How do I download the recent shows onto my iPod?

If you direct yourself to “Recent Shows” under the “Backstage” drop down header you will see under the Monday-Friday shows that there are two options; the top link is the streaming version of the show (Windows Media Player), which you can use to listen to Phil right in your browser! The bottom link is the downloadable, MP3 version of the show, which is what you want to put on your iPod.
Depending on what web browser you are using, a simple left-click should start streaming or downloading. If you are attempting to download the show and left-clicking does not work, merely right-click the downloadable MP3 file and select “Save Link As…” to somewhere on your computer that you will remember. Then you can drag and drop those MP3 files into iTunes and onto your iPod or other music player.

If you are using a Mac and Safari to access the site then you can download the shows by holding down the “Option” key and clicking on the MP3 link.

Alternatively, you can simply subscribe to our RSS feed, which will automatically download the daily shows to your computer!

The Phil Hendrie Show’s PhilTV is Mobile! Show Log For Friday January 25, 2013

Phil and the original Ted the Bear roll out the new website last night

Last night Phil and the crew didn’t get on the air as there were “phone line issues” with TRN. Instead Phil did a videocast and the radio side was a best of. Phil rolled out the new features and some of the issues related to the new website. Margaret, Bud, Robert and a variety of Phil Hendrie hallucinations made it on the video cast last eve.
