Wes Hurlford and the Hurlers return with another great hour of country music. It’s “Wes Hurlford and the Hurlers with their Hurl-Up” hour. Great Hurlford originals and classic country live from maybe Nashville but we’re not sure.

Our BSP Classic Hour is from November 2000.

For any of you mongos who are complaining “Phil isn’t as funny as he used to be”, (a) You are plain wrong, and (b) please see this show as proof that you are plain wrong.

I think I read somewhere – it might’ve been in Margaret Gray’s ‘A Little Bird Told Me” column – that none other than Bud Dickman is on lead electric triangle.

Wes Hurlford is the funniest and by far most creative of some very funny solo character shows (e.g.Ed Elcott, Bob Green, Kenny Slag, etc.). Thanks Phil.

I agree, this made me laugh out loud.

Continue singing different stuff, It’s funny to see the reaction of people walking into the lab where I work when you are singing.

Very well planned to end the bit with “There’s a Midget”.

Hey Phil, that gloid Glen Beck is ripping off your show every morning! Beck does this lame Bud Dickman voice and I don’t remember Bud ever trying to intern for him. What’s going on? Please bring this up during your show.

G-D I am loving this Hurlfest!
That said, the background music is “a bit pitchy, dog”.
Sounds like an old fischer price phonograph switching randomly between 33-1/3 and 45 rpm.

    Otherwise, you’re the best.
