"Best Of" on the Radio!

Wednesday, March 4, 2011

Tonight Bobbie Dooley of the Western Estates Homeowners Association tells Phil that she and other women in the HOA feel the time is right to offer themselves sexually to the Navy Seals that took part in the Bin Laden raid. "It's a tribal thing" says Bobbie, one that the husbands would have no problem with. She told one woman caller "Admit it. You'd be all over a Navy Seal like white on rice." Then Dean Wheeler of the Northern California Holistic Center told Phil he had the confidence of "Native Indians" and so he was saying officially the code name "Geronimo" was offensive to Native people. When Phil asked Dean, who is a white man, how he figured he could speak for Native Americans Dean said it was because he could talk to them about "fire water" and could "hear the rocks talk."

Tonight, RC Collins, Bradley Military Academy cadet, is sure releasing the death pictures of Osama Bin Laden will be "too much for the average person." RC is in training to be able to deal with "seeing a guys head blown up" But since the average citizen was throwing up after "127 Hours" they'll be puking after the Bin Laden pictures. Don Micksa from the University of Washington was on in the second hour questioning the "legality" of shooting an unarmed man and doing so after crossing into another country without that country's permission to do it. "If you saw the cover of 'The Daily'" (the University of Washington campus paper) says Don, "I was on the cover being followed by 200 students withy my fist in the air." Whatever.

Tonight an Osama Bin Laden 2 parter, first with Dave Oliva, aspiring LAPD officer, telling Phil that a police operation would have been better at capturing OBL. Just four cops going room to room and then reading him his Miranda rights. Then Steve Bosell once again has a date with his daughters sixth grade class. He's called on the carpet by Bradley and the other kids because he had the gall to celebrate Osama's demise. Steve told a caller that he, Steve, was afraid not to "bend to the will of Bradley."

First hour was Lloyd Bonafide talking to Phil about his days in Iowa when tornadoes used to be a regular occurance. Lloyd told Phil he'd stand in his backyard and tell any tonado coming his "You go straight to hell." One day he saw a tornado actually back up and get smaller. In our second hour it was Dr. Jim Sadler, a member of "Veterans at Heart" who was telling Phil that all of the chaplains in the military service remind him of God and thus would "constrain me from just slaughtering the enemy." Thats why he dodged the draft during Vietnam. Having so-called atheist chaplains would have given him a way "to forget there's a God so I could go out and kill, kill, kill...all the way to the end of time. I woulda loved to have used one of them flame throwers."

Bobbie and Steve Dooley talked with Phil about saving themselves a prime spot oline waiting to register their son Justin for a new, fancy kindergarten. The fact Steve has a facial scar from when Bobbie hit with hot dog tongs helped intimidate people too. Next came an alleged debate between Larry Grover, conservative and Dean Wheeler, liberal about Obama releasing his birth certificate finally. The debate never happened because Larry figured he was going to get his ass kicked by Dean since all the power was with the progressives on this one.
