Hour 1: A 3.2 earthquake happened tonight, but there was no damage reported. Professor Emory Clayton calls in from Teds of Beverly Hills to talk about the Meghan McCain photograph. He thinks she's targeting black men to persuade them to vote for a conservative candidate. Hour 2: Phil talks about Newt Gingrich endorsing a pro-choice candidate who is backed by Acorn. He briefly mentions the balloon boy story and talks about Rush Limbaugh. He again talks about the Justice of the peace who refused to marry an interracial couple. Then there is a Dr. Greenthumb report. Hour 3: Vernon Dozier comes on the program to talk about the balloon boy story. He says the boy was manipulating his father so he could get on television. He says that when the boy got sick on TV, that was all fake. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: A 6 year old boy was thought to be in a balloon. Turns out he was hiding in an attic. It was believed that the parents wanted to do a reality show. A Louisiana justice of the peace refused to issue a marriage license to an interracial couple to protect their children. Rush Limbaugh blames the NFL for not allowing him to buy the St. Louis Rams. Then Phil takes some phone calls. Hour 2: Don Berman from Channel 19 news is on to talk about the Balloon boy story. His station did a series of reports on how families are surviving the recession by doing reality shows. Art Griego calls in to weigh in on the topic. He and Bill McDermitt crashed in a weather balloon back in 1999 and got no coverage. Hour 3: Doug Danger, gay man gay journalist, comes on the program to talk about the embedded journalists showing pictures of wounded and dead soldiers. Doug wouldn't have a problem going to Afghanistan to take pictures of dead and wounded soldiers. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Herb Sewell comes on the program to talk about the fact that Rush Limbaugh is out of the running to own part of the St. Louis Rams. Herb thinks that it was an intelligent decision. Rush has too much power as it is with his radio show. Hour 2: Phil starts out the hour talking a little bit about football. Margaret Grey comes on to talk about Rush Limbaugh. She wrote a column talking about the Mitt Romney factor because David Checketts, St. Louis Blues chairman, is a Mormon. She says she invented a Rush Limbaugh quote. Hour 3: Phil continues talking about Rush Limbaugh, then takes some phone calls. A model gets has her photo digitally altered then got fired because she couldn't fit into the Ralph Lauren sample clothes anymore. Al Martino, who sang Spanish Eyes, passes away at age 82. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Bobbie Dooley comes on the program. She says that kids are big Obama supporters and that puts them at odds with their parents. Bobbie is giving girls Obama tattoos right below their panty line. Then a bar owner in Georgia puts up an anti-Obama sign. Hour 2: There is more controversy about Rush Limbaugh wanting to buy a piece of the St. Louis Rams. Then Phil takes some phone calls. Hour 3: Steve Bosell comes on to talk about Zero Tolerance in schools. He is reacting to a story about a 6 year old boy who brings a camping knife to school and gets suspended for it. Steve's son, Steve Jr., had a similar experience. He saw a fellow classmate with a milky red substance that looked like it was oil based. He thought it was a bomb so he tackled the boy and got suspended for it. Steve is suing the school for it. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Larry Grover comes on the program to talk about President Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize. He says that most people have a negative opinion about this because he says the President wasn't born in the United States. Hour 2: Dean Wheeler comes on the show to give his take on Obama winning the Nobel prize. Dean thinks this will bring peace. It's morning in America. A few news stories at the end. Hour 3: A congressman in California yelled "you lie" and "kiss my faggot ass" to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Then Phil takes some phone calls and tells the story about the people who died in a sweat dome. There's some political commentary and then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Phil starts out with some political commentary. Michele Bachmann says MSNBC hosts are stalking her. He takes some phone calls and plays the audio of the 72 year old woman getting tazed. Hour 2: Phil continues to talk about the old lady getting tazed and takes some phone calls about it. Hour 3: An Australian variety show aired a skit that was declared racist. Phil takes some phone calls. People are offended by a pro Obama healthcare song sung by some kids.

Hour 1: Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins said the Great White Hope comment was not about Obama. Phil takes some phone calls, then there's some commentary. An Idaho republican makes Obama tags joke about President Obama. David G. Hall calls in to the show from a radio convention. He's pitching Phil's show to some affiliates calling Phil's show Libservative. Part liberal, part conservative. Hour 2: First half of this hour is a Best of from the second half, hour 2 of August 11, 2009 Second half of this hour is a Best of from the second half, hour 2 of July 30, 2009. Hour 3: Nancy Pelosi says that people are Un-American for protesting the healthcare plan, then he gives some commentary. The second half of this hour is a Best of from the second half, hour 2 of July 28, 2009.

Hour 1: Phil starts out the hour with some political commentary. The Supreme court will not hear the case of a Florida teen who doesn't want to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. He briefly mentions Glenn Beck, then he takes some phone calls. Hour 2: Phil talks about the constitution and free speech. Making it a crime to sell videos of animals being hurt or killed is too broad. He talks about the Catholic church and the priest scandal, then he talks about Michele Bachmann. Hour 3: Phil recounts his time in Minnesota. He talks about the war in Afghanistan, and takes some phone calls. He talks about Roman Polanski and then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: This hour Phil talks about Glenn Beck, gives some political commentary, and takes some phone calls. Hour 2: Phil says to fact check everything he says. He talks about the media not telling the truth. Obama goes to Copenhagen trying to get the Olympics to Chicago. Phil brings up the invasion of Iraq, takes some phone calls, and talks about the birthers. Hour 3: Phil talks about Afghanistan and takes some phone calls. He also gives an update on David Letterman and then the stories we couldn't get to.
