Jay Santos from the Citizens Auxiliary Police lays it down. He is there to save lives but more importantly to show how PHYSICALLY prepared he is. Don Micksa interviews a first responder and eats all the Slim Jims™. Dave Oliva tries to figure out wind speed.
The BSP Classic Show is from 9/11, 2001 when the shit hit the fan.

I appreciate the replay of 9/11/2001, a day no one alive at the time could ever forget. The only response for anyone planning or committing a terrorist act is the “fargo” solution – Drop them in an industrial sized tree shreader – no trial – no media hype – and of course drop in a pig to cleanse the machine after
I often daydream about Jay wearing nothing but his pith helmet.
Yeah Phil, great show as always, but I’m leaving Wilmington NC to the dryer pastures of Georgia. Hope my home is still standing when (if) I get back!!
Hope all is well.
Full Belly Laugh listening to Jay
To quote the Dead Weather: “Check your lips at the door woman, and shake your hips like battleships”, Margaret.
The in-the-field coverage of the hurricane by the unlikely trio of Santos, Micksa and Oliva is one of the best shows of last year.
