Hour 1: It's crime night. Phil comes on the Videocast wearing a cape. He starts out talking about Jeffrey Dahmer. Dr. Michael Stone from Investigation Discovery is on talking about the Jeffrey Dahmer case and other crimes. Hour 2: Professor Emory Clayton is on the show to talk about the NAACP wanting to remove Halloween dummy's from the park. He thinks these dummys hanging in the park is very offensive. He thinks it's racist and Halloween is racist too along with black cats. Hour 3: Steven Bosell is talking about when MSNBC televised a self breast exam. He's suing the network for showing the breast on TV in front of his kids. He said he had to leave the room to "walk it off".

Hour 1: Chris Norton is with the group Disband. He says the religious symbol, the wedding band, offends single men. It's not a separation of church and state. He preceeds to hit on all the female callers. Hour 2: In Massachusets a man gets complaints for putting up an American flag on the celing of his gym. Phil talks about heathcare reform. There were some gunshots fired in front of the hmoe of Lou Dobbs. There's an Ironswine episode regarding this story, then Phil takes some phone calls. Randal Terry thinks that Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi should be burned in effegy on Halloween to protest healthcare legislation. Then some other news. Hour 3: Vernon Dozier comes on the show to talk about a study that says children should be allowed to sleep in on the weekends to fight obesity. Vernon disagrees. He runs a fat camp called Camp Possibility. He says the study has no viability bacause the Chinese conducted it. He says fat people are worthless and they're not contributing to society. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Raj Fahneed makes an appearance to talk about the story of the man fired from Home Depot for wearing a One Nation Under God button. Raj wrote a piece for the Huffington post called It's our turn now. Raj seems to think that God's name is Allah and that Muslims should be able to wear a button with the slogan One Nation Under Allah. Hour 2: Marilyn Donnely, a pre-surgical transgender who presents as a woman, is on to talk about Alan Grayson calling Linda Robertson a whore. Marilyn says that calling a woman a whore is not negative. In fact it's a compliment. Hour 3: Phil starts out talking about Levi Johnston dissing Sarah Palin. Republicans candidate is being supported by Newt Gingrich and Bertha Lewis of Acorn. Phil then talks about healthcare and the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Bob Green CEO of Frazier foods is on the program to talk about the story of the hotel owner in Taos New Mexico who told his Mexican employees to change their names and to not speak spanish in front of him. Bob is doing the same type of thing in his store by renaming the ethnic foods to Americanize them so Americans can understand them better. He claims that most Americans don't know what a Tortilla chip or salsa is. Hour 2: The White House continues to attack Fox News. Phil offers some commentary about this. Then he takes some phone calls. Chris Norton comes on the show to talk about the fact that Levi Johnston is going to pose for Playgirl magazine. Chris thinks only men will see this. He says that Levi has been emasulated by Sara Palin. Then Phil talks about climate change. Hour 3: Jack Armstrong comes on the show to talk about Fox News and CNN. He says that people who watch Fox News aren't too bright. Fox is boring for liberals and progressives. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: The pilots who overshot the runway deny they were sleeping. They say they were on their laptops doing some important work. Phil then recounts his flight and landing at LAX from Europe. There's a report that says cell phone aren't safe and they may cause brain tumors. Phil talks about Bob Griese and Steve Phillips. David G Hall calls in to talk about the interview Phil did for Radio Source monthly. Hour 2: Bobbie Dooley comes on the show to talk about the teenager who was adversly affected after she got the swine flu shot. She doesn't think that people who are prom queens, or fashion models should be forced to get the flu shot so they don't walk abnormally. Hour 3: Art Griego comes on the show to talk about the story of two Northwest airlines pilots who overshot the runway in Minneapolis because they were on their laptops. They claim they were doing business but Art thinks they were on Facebook. He says the passengers don't want to know if something goes wrong in the cockpit. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Kurt Queedy and Guy Barton come on the show to talk about the perception of the Republican party. It's so negative that they say it needs to be shut down. The tea party people and conservatives are racist and unstable. Hour 2: Two teacher's aids are charged with abusing a special needs student. Mavis Leonard comes on the show to talk about this. She thinks it's okay to push a autistic child's head under water to discipline him. Hour 3: The two pilots that overshot the runway were found to be asleep. Phil talks about airlines and airline safety, then delivers some commentary. There are some phone calls, a Dr.Greenthumb report, and the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Margaret Grey comes on the show to talk about former Vice President Dick Cheney speech. He criticized President Obama for his Afghanastan policies. She wonders if Dick Cheney is up for this fight against Obama. He has a bad heart after all. Hour 2: Some pilots overshot the runway in Minnesota because they were discussing airline policies. There is some political commentary and Phil takes some phone calls. Hour 3: Dr. Ron Tarner comes on the show to talk about Global Warming. He's upset that fewer people believe in it and it disrespects Al Gore. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Phil starts out talking about the Acorn story, there is some political commentary and he takes a phone call. Hour 2: Professor Emory Clayton comes on the show to talk about MSNBC host Contessa Brewer mixes up Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson. He says the white reporters should know who they are talking to. A band sings an anti gay rendition of a Merle Haggard song. Hour 3: Bob Green is on to talk about the bonuses that these Executives are supposed to get but Obama is going to trim them because of the crisis. Bob thinks this is unfair. His wife wants a tub with 4 legs and a vacation to Mexico. He thinks the government is butting into his business. They don't know what's going on. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: General Gayland Shaw doesn't like Fox News. He says they are purposely misleading the American people. They are a brain washing machine. Hour 2: Don Berman comes on the show again to talk about the balloon boy story. He says he was the first one who said it was a hoax, but everyone else thought it was real. Then there is some commentary by Phil. Hour 3: David G Hall calls in to discuss the show. He says the average talk show listener has a short attention span and is not too bright. They don't understand when Phil says he's a free thinker. He then tells Phil not to talk about the South Carolina Jew story so it won't offend the radio owner from South Carolina who is a anti-semite.
