Ep. 40

Thursday, February 21, 2013

Phil brought on Steve Bosell, a construction contractor from Corona, CA who argued that the Mississippi Chamber of Congress should have let business people know that slavery was still, technically legal in that state. The Mississippi legislature had not yet formally passed the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution, one that was adopted by other US states in.....1865. Steve felt that as bad as slavery is, business people may have benefitted from having someone who would "do his bidding." Former jockey Little Ian Anderson came on the program to explain the English soccer organizational structure and how teams are promoted up through the ranks. He got into an argument however with Bud and Robert when they asked why teams with "cool names like Nottingham Forest" weren't higher up in the divisional pecking order. When they said that the name "Sherwood Forest" sounded "sissy" Ian said at least HE didn't have to go as far as England to find sissy's. "You lot is sissy enough,"he said. Plus other weird shit with Phil talking to himself...

Ep. 38

Wednesday, February 20, 2013

It was Ron from Denver, the owner of a doughnut shop, who took exception to Phil's position that Dunkin Donuts and other doughnut shops have no call to criticize Obamacare and the insurance they have to buy their employees when they're contribution to the "fat ass factor in America" is significant.. Dr. Jim Sadler joined the show as he was buying something called a "buttercake" for his wifes party. margaret then informed him that he was buying a pastyry that denotes "weffeminate" behavior in France and that between him buyinmg those and his pronounced speech impediment he's bound to be marked by stupid homophobes... Other weird shit as well......

Ep. 36

Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Harvey Weirman talked about the value of sports franchies, specifically a team know as "A Pittsburgh Penguin" which neither Phil nor anyone else recognized. Turned out Harvey meant THE Pittsburgh PenguinS but had seen the other name on a promotional brochure.. Don Berman discussed "that summer of 1964"when he waited patiently for "Old lady Knotts" to make her berry pies, the berry pies that "caused my ass to look like a chicks..." General Gaylen Shaw tried to lay out his view of how China might invade the United States but only got as far as calling them "cowardly yellow so and so's" or "stinking yellow bowl haircuts." Art Griego joined Phil and the crew to relate how he changed his resume from "air frieght pilot" to "cargo pilot" because he wants his grandkids to think he was some kind of Indiana Jones. He said he even "sent away for one of them Kiwi bush pilot hats."

Ep. 33

Friday, February 15, 2013

General Gaylen Shaw was on the show to talk about the "Omega civilization," a so-called alien culture that he feels is behind the Russian meteoroid. General Shaw said that their craft burned up in the skies over Russia as they attempted too steep a descent through the Earth's atmosphere, hurrying to obtain specimens of "earth woman and earth boy." Dr. Ron Tarner joined the show to expalin the meteoroid spotted over Russian skies Friday morning. But before he did he wanted to drag it out and make sure scientists got some God d***ed respect and not see all of it going to..guess who?...Stephen Hawking! Professor Jeff Dowder also weighed in on the meteroid agreeing with General Gaylen Shaw that it is alien-constructed.
