Steve Bosell is back along with his next-door neighbor Roy Hutchins. A dispute has arisen over Steve rehearsing the song ‘Barefootin” for a college reunion, playing the music so loud that Hutchins complains. Larry Grover decides to put his mother in a mental institution after she makes one too many bow-legged jokes.
