Steve says he was simply trying to open up a window without waking them up and he just happened to be wearing a t-shirt with no underwear underneath.

Hour 1:Grocery store owner Bob Greene recently made large posters of his face with the words "Don't Even Think About It" and placed them throughout the employee areas of the store as an incentive. Several employees complained that the eyes of the poster appeared to follow them around.Hour 2:High school educator Vernon Dozier joins the program to discuss last nights Sopranos. Vernon says that the Sopranos does a disservice to Americans because it glorifies crime.Hour 3:Steve Bosell recently went to his high school reunion and was very much looking forward to reconnecting with former homecoming queen and cheerleader Sarah Teichmann. Things didn't go according to plan and now Steve wants to sue the high school AND his wife.

Hour 1:Restaurant owner Ted Bell says that if God's been good to you, come on over to the Bellhouse Summer Garden celebration and he will show you just how good it can really be.Hour 2:Steve Bosell asked his daughters date if he was going out with her because of her boobs. Steve also wants to sue his wife for breaching a verbal agreement that she would take some weight off after their children were born.Hour 3:Phil announced the Phil Hendrie Show will end its 16 year run after 25 more shows. Bud Dickman is reading an African studies book in case he has to go to work for Whoopi. Phil reads some e-mail and news. Phil plays a recording of the Paul McCartney / Heather Mills wedding.

Steve Bosell fired one of his female employees for saying he looked "gay" in soccer shorts, Steve says that's verbal harassment.Hour 2:Bel Mar Academy High School teacher Vernon Dozier joins the program to talk about his wife who recently announced that her 68 year old mother-in-law is engaged. Vernon says she shouldn't have mentioned this at dinner table because it nearly made him vomit. Lloyd Bonifide chimes in, he has a problem with the way Vernon refers to senior citizens having sex.Hour 3:Phil spends the last hour of his final broadcast talking calls from fans, friends, and guests of the show including Darren Norris from Team America, Jeff Dowder, Darth Hall, Ted Bell, Frank Gray, April from Salt Lake City, Chris Norton, RC & Mavis.
