Hour 3: Don Parsley was a contractor in Iraq who was rounded up by American forces and abused, and the psychological trauma left him homeless back in the US, but does a bad job trying to scam callers out of money. He says he's living in Los Angeles National Forest and his kids don't have any food, but he says if people are going to donate under $20, "just keep it". The story about his wife's terminal condition keeps changing, and callers get pissed.
