Vernon Dozier, varsity football coach and social sciences teacher at Belmar Academy discussed with Phil his showing a video tape of a tased teenager to members of his social sciences class. Mr. Dozier said he pointed out to the kids that the teenager in the video had been walking down the street naked and was told to stop by police. "No dirty punk is going to be walking down the street in front of my daughter without getting tased." Dozier put the tasing video into a loop to show the kid getting it over and over. The students laughed but Dozier also told his students that he showed them the video as a warning: If they act out that's what they get. Bobbie and Steve Dooley joined Phil from the Western Estates Homeowners Association. Bobbie told Phil she had to penalize one of the homeowners there, Karen Walton-Turnbull, 10 percent of her HOA dues because she hosted people at her home to watch the Chilean mine rescue when they should have been at Bobbie's house. "We ordered the Mexican buffet from Bristol Farm." Ms Dooley said she believes she is the "moral, informational and emotional center of the community" and if anyone's going to "host people watching Chile" it should be her.

Starting things out was another visit from news anchor Don Berman who told Phil he was denied permission by channel 19 to air his editorial opinion about George Zimmerman; that he shot Trayvon Martin because of "Hispanic Rage." At a recent homeowners meeting in Western Estates, Bobbie Dooley stopped the proceedings to ask the rhetorical question, "Who did Charles Manson kill?" The attendees were stunned as "their eyes widened and their jaws drooped" though likely not for the reasons Bobbie thought. As a result Ms. Dooley thinks Manson should be granted parole on Wednesday.

Ep. 654

Bobbie guest hosts a special episode of "Mmm-Hmmm, The Bobbie Dooley Podcast." Bobbie talks with Rick Bonefeel, retired California Highway Patrol Sergeant, about the top 20 crimes in show business history. The Dooleys also discuss the upcoming Falltacular, featuring Steve's tiki dance and fertility right.
Starting the show was Bobbie Dooley having heart palpitations and wearing a heart monitor ever since a couple from her gated community talked about their son being signed to a minor league deal by the New York Yankees at a recent HOA meeting. That stole Bobbie's thunder big time because she was going to use that same meeting to mention her son Dylan would be attending a tennis academy to the tune of $40,000. When she did get around to announcing it, Bobbie said Steve "broke wind loudly" to emphasize just how quiet it got. The next hour Pastor William Rennick made an appearance to speak on behalf of "a good man, Reverand Harold Camping" who Pastor Rennick believes was cheated a bit by God.  "I don't think I'll ever be able to turn my back on God again for fear of what he might do," said Rennick. The Pastor then ended the hour playing a song that symbolized what God had done to Camping, "Everybody Loves A Clown."
Bobbie and Steve Dooley joined the show to talk about Bobbie heading up a delegation of high school students to visit South Korea with the hope of traveling to North Korea and expressing their sorrow at the death of Kim Jong Il. Bobbie says she isn't worried about being arrested by North Korean border gaurds. "I'm the mother of three teenage sons and I haven't met a z****rhead yet that scares me." Next up RC Collins says he wants to hang hard like a real soldier so he and other military academy cadets "drank gin form the bottle, took off our shirts" and went out joy-riding last Fiday night.

Ep. 498

Phil is celebrating his birthday weekend, so we've cut up a "Best Of" show for your enjoyment today. But don't despair, because we're wrapping up today's episode with a brand new Bobbie celebrity interview! This time Bobbie sits down with Dr. Drew Pinsky for part one of her three part interview. Margaret Grey opened the show and really carved it a new ass trying to add lyrics to the theme from "28 Days Later" as she practiced for the One-Man Show July 30th at the Hollywood Improv. Then, Phil talks to Vernon Dozier about a student disciplined because of an offensive song the kid was playing in his car. And Ted Bell got his feelings hurt when Phil seemingly named Morton's as his favorite steakhouse. Dean Wheeler joined the program as he was soaking in a "re-nutritioning" bath. Dean mentioned his religion, "The Wonderful World of Cong," and its rivalry with "Elcott-The Next Step" and that both will be celebrating the Autumn Solstice in the same area, "Elcott" at the Mill Valley Holiday Inn and "Cong" at the Convention Center. The episode closes with the first part of Bobbie's interview with Dr. Drew. Episode 192 from The World of Phil Hendrie podcast.
Bobbie and Steve Dooley talked about marriage and it's challenges when two people are polar opposite politically. This year Bobbie and Steve have reached an agreement. Bobbie will vote for Obama (she's a Republican) and Steve will let her take a new job at a magazine. Gradually we learn that Steve has "cuffed her a bit," has a criminal record, "closed" one of her eyes once and that she fears walking into a new job with her "jaw wired shut." BUT that ain't all.......
Bobbie Dooley advocates for a change in the field sobriety test administered by so many law enforcement agencies. For women with large breasts, like Bobbie, they have to eliminate the balance and equilibrium tests. "We are large up top and have a hard time balancing that. And female cops who are jealous of us will make us do those ones," whined Bobbie. Don Micksa was on the show as well to discuss Susan G. Komen reinstating its grants to Planned Parenthood. Don claims it's because he called them and ordered them to. "I had two girlfriends who got pregnant at the same time. Had they not have been able to have abortions through Planned Parenthood I may have wound up beating the kids to death and it would have been Susan G. Komen's fault."
The Dooleys were involved in a webcam-type scandal of their own. Mrs Dooley, Bobbie, descibes it as a "post 9-11 issue." The question was: What right did Bobbie and Steve Dooley have, as officers of their homeowners association, to remotely aim a security camera into the bedroom window of a resident. Steve Dooley proclaimed that knowing the woman was engaged in "bathroom" sex was valuable in the fight against terrorism. Bobbie Dooley caught by cameraman Ralph Pretzer of the Western Estates Call as she peered into the yard of neighbor Elizabeth Sanderson last Tuesday.
Ted Bell came on the show to talk about his aggressive business stance even in the face of an Obama reelection. In fact, Ted said that any businessman who is cutting back his business hiring or spending because Obama won "isn't worth the sweat off (his) blank-blank." (Later off air, Ted admitted the words he would not use were 'nut sack.') Mavis Leonard called the show to talk about her disappointment Romney didn't win saying her late husband owned 3 successful BP stations and Obama "burned BP out and ran them off...." Robert Green from Frazier Foods chastised General David Petraeus for not understanding a woman will offer sex and love but what she wants is information. Its like the checker from Bob's Buena Park store that he dated briefly. She always wanted to know how she could improve her checker skills on the new machines. But Bob was suspicious. One night, at a drive-in movie theater, as he leaned back in the seat trying to recreate a sexy mood from youth, Bob found out the hard way what holding back info from a girl with braces really means.....
