Harvey Weirman talked with Phil and his crew about the old days of the "spaghetti western" although he can't quite remember or figure out what calling them that had to do with the fact they were shot in Spain. The passing of Dave Brubeck was occasion for a visit from drummer Jeff Dowdder, front man for the band Darque Horse. Jeff not only explained 5/4 time as it pertained to the Brubeck hit "Take Five" but demonstrated "9/8 time," a demonstration that left him exhausted and near passing out... Bud, Robert and Margaret tried to explain to Phil that the greatest jazz crossover hit of all time was Vince Guaraldi's "Theme From a Peanut," or "Peanut Theme" or "Peanuts Theme" or "Theme from Charlie Brown's Peanut" or "whatever it was called..." Rudy Canosa demonstrated the proper way to order tequila...it's very similar to how Rudy greets a beautiful woman....only it sounds more even brain-damage!

Lloyd Bonafide joined Phil and the crew in studio to sing a duet with Margaret. They started by singing a Charles Manson number, "Home is where you're happy" and then segued into "Spooky" by the Classics IV. Lloyd's lyric, "In the cool of the evening when everything is getting kind of groovy. I feel something crawling up the inside of my pant-leg," caused a big argument.. Steve Bosell joined us for a discussion of PSY, the artist who performed the viral hit "Gangnam Style." In 2004 he took part in very pointed protests against American military policy. His subsequent apology didn't assuage Steve who made a horrid Godzilla joke at breakfast that didn't quite apply given the fact Godzilla attacked Japan, not Korea. Another recording of Erica Dorton, headmistress at CK Corona Middle School, was heard. In this one she's on the Bosells voicemail breathing heavy and playing music from the 1958 Godzilla film.

A debate between Lloyd Bonafide and Larry Grover on the anti-pot side and Jeff Dowdder and Professor Don Micksa on the pro-pot side turns stupid real fast.. Frank Grey called in to defend Margaret butchering the song "Arrivederci Roma."  A discussion of whether there is a French pronunciation for "Hobbit."
