Well Dr. Ron Tarner was none too please Steve Jobs retired and said so to his students and Phil in our first hour. Ron told Phil that compared to Steve Jobs his students had "dead eyes, like the dead eyes of a corpse." He confiscated all PC's as an insult to Mr. Jobs and plans on selling them on EBay since all they are good for is "picking up men on the MySpace." Vernon Dozier recounted the story of his marriage to Amber, 30 years his junior and the opposition he got from her family. Her brother Ray said that Vernon was "some kind of exotic freak." Vernon told Phil he got his revenge. Following the Virginia quake, Vernon told Ray, who lives in Virginia with the rest of the family, to put together an earthquake preparedness kit. He'd need "two shower caps, a muffler, some duct tape, yogurt, a ceiling fan and a cap pistol." Vernon was sittinjg by the phone waiting for the first phone call of indignation to come in.
Dean Wheeler from the Northern California Holistic Center was our first hour guest. Dean and others have petitioned the city of San Francisco to make July 4rth Native American Day. Dean told us that the day should be used by "Europeans" to meditate intensely so they can become "Indians." He gave an example of "Native dialect" (basically saying things like 'many moons') and he did a "Native chant" (which sounded a lot like an Atlanta Brave fan) Dean says he'd like to be a Cherokee because thats the tribe most often mentioned in movies...Later on in the show Vernon Dozier of BelMar Academy discussed allowing kids to buy and play with firecrackers in the oft-chance they injure themselves by "blowing a hand off" or "shoving their face into a Roman candle" because then they may get a taste of what the "sting of battle felt like for the brave men (Women too, asked a kid at school. No, said Vernon. Not really) who fought for our freedom." Vernon said that when he was a kid his friend Chris Daigle lit a cherry bomb about 3 inches from Vernons ear. When Vernon came to, he said he asked his friends where Daigle was. "They told me and I went and found him and...you don't really want me to finish the story, do you?"
Hour 1: Nearly half of all U.S. children and 90 percent of black youngsters will be on food stamps at some point during childhood. Vernon Dozier comes on the show to talk about this. He says he was hungry as a kid and children should pass out from hunger at least once in their lives, even if they die. Everyone wants their MaMa and food stamps aren't that bad. Jeff Dowder calls 911 to ask how to hang up a telephone. Hour 2: Chris Norton is with the group Disband. He says the religious symbol, the wedding band, offends single men. It's not a separation of church and state. He proceeds to hit on all the female callers. Hour 3: Vernon Dozier comes on the show to talk about a study that says children should be allowed to sleep in on the weekends to fight obesity. Vernon disagrees. He runs a fat camp called Camp Possibility. He says the study has no viability because the Chinese conducted it. He says fat people are worthless and they're not contributing to society. At the 12:35 mark Dean Wheeler is on the show to talk about the Fort Shoot shooting. Dean says that the shooter Nidal did this to get out of going to war by wounding himself. He thinks that the incident was a blessing to say how wars are destructive, and mental health isn't an issue because Nidal was a psychiatrist. He would have self-diagnosed himself. He says it was humiliating for him to be wounded by a female police officer.

Ep. 3

It was Vernon Dozier doing battle with Dr. Jim Sadler tonight over who is more of a "MA-MA boy." (Not Ma-Ma's boy says Vernon because that's possessive and Vernon's "masculist" group doesn't accept any man being possessed by his MA-MA) Dr. Sadler became so upset at losing the debate he got in his car and drove to Dozier's house where he tried to gain access by posing as a pizza delivery guy and a telegram courier. Neither worked and Sadler called Phil's show back, crying... Phil and his crew discussed Steve Harvey crying on TV Wednesday afternoon.... Jay Santos discussed with Phil the story of a child ejected from a car in Russia and almost being run down by a semi. A similar thing happened to two of Jay's adopted sons, a "Pacific Islander" named Reggie and an "Asian" named Jerry. Jay's third son, an African-American named Cleon was safe. The two boys were "fired from the car, parallel to the ground, at about 50 miles an hour straight into a snow bank. Their diapers were almost completely torn off "due to wind shear."

Show Log

We sailed right over the audiences' head the first hour with a discussion of the #KONY phenom on Twitter. Don Parsley, thought he could run a game on our audience claiming a mission to kill the guy.  Patricia Bunworth, the mother who turned Vernon Dozier down for a date, takes loads of birth control and haunts all the Glendale hotspots Next hour Vernon Dozier showed his warm side ailing against people who disapproved of him asking high school senior females what the definition of "slut" was. He was especially interested in one girls answer since her mom is single, takes birth control anyway and turned Vernon down for a date
On the show tonight Dr. Michael Stone joined us for Crime Night.  We discussed the sad case of Phoebe Prince, the girl that hanged herself after being mercilessly taunted by kids at school. Dr. Stone opined that jealousy may have been a part of the motive. When Phil asked him why the doctor responded, "Because one of the girls that harrassed Phoebe was butt-end ugly." Later in the show Vernon Dozier, a high school teacher at Belmar Academy, announced the return of Home Economics to his schools curriculum. The reason, said Vernon, was that home sales are way down and it may be because the homes that are up for sale are filthy. Women need to keep their homes cleaner. No one wants to buy a house that smells "like a dead body." To drive home the point  about how depressed the real estate business was, Vernon mentioned his brother-in-law, who is a real estate salesman. Vernon told Phil that his brother-in-law, while talking about business, brought up the Donner party and the relative merits of cannibalism.

Ep. 336

From March 2006, Vernon Dozier is a high school teacher attempting to counsel a student who's had sex with her boyfriend. Vernon says "naturally I got aroused" and it was evident to the girl because Vernon was wearing Spandex bicycle shorts. But it's "no big deal" as far as Vernon is concerned.

During his rant he grows agitated with the beer he's drinking and tells his wife Amber to "get some Miller High-Life in this funky joint!" He hangs up on Phil when Phil starts lecturing him on another bit of Vernon behavior. It seems Vernon sling-shot a "dog turd" into a guys mouth who had flown onto the football field during a game wearing a jet-pack. "I don't like people playing God," said Vernon Margaret sang "I Don't Know" by Ozzy but then punched Bud to the ground and kicked him repeatedly in the ribs after he told her to "sing it better." Margaret then told Robert to drag Bud outside and "throw some water on him."

Herb hopes to one day do play by play. The following hour Herb hung around and was joined by Vernon Dozier and Margaret Grey to discuss the Super Bowl, a discussion Vernon and Margaret both found distasteful and infuriating as Herb seemed to know more about footbal than either of themVernon Dozier during Bel-Mars loss to Hickory Hill in the Tier One Round-Up
