Hour 1: Phil starts out the hour talking about the passing of the healthcare bill. Justin McElroy is happy that this vote is happening. Older people just don't get it. He wants all his friends to go down to Washington DC to support the senators, but not to tell their parents because they won't let the kids go. Hour 2: Justin McElroy continues his commentary. Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon separate. The parents of the Balloon boy are sentenced to jail. Phil talks about Tiger Woods, and Freedom from religion. Hour 3: A Phil Hendrie Christmas Carol with: Bud Dickman as Ebenezer Dickman, Phil Hendrie as Bob Cratchit, Margeret Grey as Mrs. Cratchit, R.C. Hour 1: Hewlett Packard may be racist. Webcams built into its PC are incapable of recognizing black users. Professor Emory Clayton says there is a record of black people and some people want to irradicate this record. Hour 2: Phil starts out this hour with some political talk. David G Hall calls in to talk about a production meeting. He says the bumper music is too weird. He thinks that What a wonderful day by the Dixie Echoes is more appropriate. Airlines can only leave passengers on the tarmac for 3 hours. Some commentary. Phil takes a phone call. More talk about Brittany Murphy's death. Hour 3: Ted Bell comes on the show to discuss a manger scene that he put up in Beverly Hills. The authorities want him to take it down. They don't necessarily oppose the manger scene, it's the sign that Ted put up with it advertising his steakhouse that they objected to. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Jay Santos is on to talk about President Obama wanting a civilian security force. Jay says his group was the first ones to do this. Jay sent out an email called Operation Neighborhood in support of Obamacare. He and his team are going to restaurants listening in on people's private conversations to make sure they are saying thruthful things about Obamacare. If they aren't he asks them for their ID. If they refuse, he will zip tie their hands. Hour 2: Jay Santos stays on for this hour. Hour 3: Brittany Murphy passed away over the weekend. Phil talked about how he worked with her on King of the Hill. A Washington DC detective is on desk duty for pulling his gun after he was hit by a snowball during a snowball fight, that was advertised on Twitter and Facebook. Alan Grayson files a complaint over a website that made fun of him. There's some commentary. Citadel Broadcasting files for bankruptcy. Phil explains some things about business. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: It's Crime Night. First Phil talks about Climate change. Then he brings on Dr. Michael Stone from Investigation Discovery. They discuss the top 10 worst crimes of 2009. Hour 2: Bobbie and Steve Dooley came on commenting on the story of the woman in Florida who was criticized when she tweeted less then an hour after her son drowned in a pool. Bobbie compares it to a situation in her gated community. She was having a meeting of finances and her media contact person called her saying her baby died of SIDS. Bobbie isn't so sure it happened that way. She says that just because you suffer a tragedy doesn't mean the world has to stop. Hour 3: Bobbie and Steve Dooley are on again this hour. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: David G Hall joins Phil to talk about the healthcare plan and Obama. He says Phil is confusing people saying Obama is more conservative then people thought. Phil's analysis is too complex for the listeners. He says that people like Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reily talk slow so conservatives can understand. Hour 2: Raj Fahneen came on to talk about the story that says by 2050 white people will be in the minority. He says that Islams and Christians should have equal footing. A woman wants to bring Christmas carols back in school. Raj doesn't agree with this. The Muslims have suffered greatly since 911. You gotta do what you gotta do. Hour 3: Vernon Dozier is on the show to discuss Tiger Woods. He says Tiger should be out on the golf course. Instead he has to deal with these 9 women who couldn't keep their mouths shut. Then the stories we couldn't get to.

Hour 1: Phil starts out talking about the Healthcare bill. Larry Grover joins Phil to say he thinks the healthcare system will kill more people than it will help. He advocates using Holocaust images to illustrate his point. Hour 2: Steve Bosell, a member of Climate Justice Now, is talking about Climate change. His 11 year old daughter called her teacher about her dad and he was asked to come into the classroom where the kids called him a disgrace for not taking care of the environment. Now he is suing the government so they will get rid of the plastic bags and start using reusable cloths to wipe with. His daughter was monitoring the call telling Steve what to say the whole time. Hour 3: Steve Bosell in on again this hour. Then the stories we couldn't get to and a Christmas song at the end of the show.

Hour 1: Margaret Grey is on to talk about Tiger Woods. She says if men want to attract women they need to go out and get a job and be like Tiger Woods. Frank Grey comes on briefly with his gender confusion. Hour 2: Doug Danger comes on the show to talk about the article he wrote about banning the image of Jesus on the cross because children who see it bully other kids. He also thinks crucifixion should be brought back as capital punishment. Hour 3: Phil starts out this hour talking about Tiger Woods. Then some commentary on Gitmo. An American airline passenger receives a Federal warning on a flight for asking for a glass of orange juice. Then the stories we couldn't get to and Phil plays the Pogues.
