We had Pastor William Rennick tonight along with Father James McQuarters talking about having ones sins forgiven...for a price. Pastor Rennick will pray with people over whatever sin and at the end after HE has forgiven them he'll suddenly say "Now what are you gonna do for me....?" Mavis Leonard came on the show later to say she wanted to donate money to Pastor Rennicks church but "he didn't have change for a fifty." Assistant Pastor Bill Glidden joined the discussion to try and explain things to Mavis but she chastised him for "that bright blue suit you wear." With Justin McCelroy, David G. Hall and Vernon Dozier....

Our show tonight featured Margaret Grey complaining about flight attendants and pilots makinjg passengers shut their cell phones off just to satisfy "a power trip." Naturally no appearance by Margaret is complete with her complaining about Phil and his "male listeners pushinhg me down on a figurative bed and pinning my arms back..figuratively." The following hour it was Ted Bell from Ted's of Beverly Hills very upset that his restaurant got a 3.5 from the Zagat's Survey...lower than Outback Steakhouse. Ted also complained about how his segment was being produced and then admitted his restaurant, while have great food, is filthy.

Bobbie Dooley was reporting from the House of Blues in West Hollywood where she and Steve attended the Obama $5,000 a plate dinner. Bobbie had Steve removed from the restaurant when he wouldn't "shut up" and then spoke with caller Chris Norton who lapsed into some kind of Tourette's episode. Later Don Micksa, from the University of Washington, came on the show to propose taxing tuitions to pay back the money given by our government to Solyndra. RC Collins called in to say Don was a "greennik" supposedly someone who is commited to green issues and also performs a certain kind of oral sex where "you're picking s*** out of your teeth." With Justin McCelroy, David G. Hall, Margaret Grey and Charlie LeFountaine.

Tonight Larry Grover told Phil he had no idea Rick Perry helped illega aliens get state tuition. He told Phil he thinks that makes Perry almost a liberal but it will also be something he can get away with because "he's so handsome." Larry's mother also came on the show to tell Phil that she'd "spend the night with Rick Perry" and told Larry "there are other uses for vegetable oil..." Later on Don Berman joined Phil to tell him his channel 19 report on obesity in America, starting Monday, will include some weight-loss help. He will air the report in the 5 and 6 pm hours while channel 19 also does traffic reports and inevitably shows some real gory accident scenes. "That's sure to put people off their food," said Don.

Professor Emory Clayton was agog and aghast at the execution of "an innocent man," Troy Davis in Georgia yesterday. But try as he might, he couldn't exactly say why he thought Troy Davis was innocent. He finally had to settle on Bobbie Dooley's suggestion: They got the wrong guy because all black people look the same. Dean Wheeler joined us the next hour to talk about the rising Sarah Palin poll numbers which Dean attributed to the fact that "everyone loves a train wreck." During the conversation though mice in a cage near Dean (The Holistic Center pet store) were chirping and Dean said they were talking about him, comparing him to "what comes out of their rear-ends." When Pastor Rennick called the show Dean claimed the mice used "the N-word."

Doug Dannger weighed in on the demise of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." The self-described "gay man and gay journalist" said there's gonna be a lot of gay soldiers looking to "make someone pay" on the battlefield for all the discrimination they've dealt with.... Steve Bosell has been trying to learn to dance to impress his wife and daughter after they asked him if he could dance as well as Chaz Bono. Steve felt humiliated when they said "a 'gender danced better than me." Steve was playing a recording of "The Hustle" and getting winded going through the steps. That's when Margaret Grey called and started singing the song ("'The Hustle' has words Phil") but then her voice "got stuck" an octave higher than normal...
