Ep. 827

The shoot ran really late last night, so we've got another repeat for today's podcast. From March 20, 2015 Ted Bell from Ted's of Beverly Hills has another slogan causing him problems: "Ted's just had his sausage smoked." Jay Santos of the Citizens Auxiliary Police has been busy following lone cars at night on the freeway to see how nervous the drivers get. And Doug Dannger pulls out his "Gay Thumb" rating system for current movies. And then for the BSP classic hour it's Vernon Dozier on to promote his book, "The Wages of Sin: Surviving Road Rage." From Hour 1 of Friday, April 1, 2005.

Ep. 813

Doug Dannger, "gay man and gay journalist" entertainment writer, tells Phil that "Daredevil" is going to stiff next season on Netflix. He says the number of people growing tired of looking at these so-called super heroes with impossible powers is rising. Bob Green loses a bet and is forced to dance an Irish jig. Pastor William Rennick talks about moral weakness in our youth, loving video games more than taking a bath.

Ep. 804

Phil's busy prepping for the live show tomorrow night, so we've got a repeat from March 11, 2015. Two instances of people going through a phone at someone... First, it's Doug Dannger, gay man and gay journalist, speaking in a special verbal shorthand because he's "really busy." That pisses off General Shaw. And then Dean Wheeler attempts to give Phil career advice and that sets off Margaret Grey.

Ep. 798

Don Micksa and Larry Grover debate the GOP debate. Micksa eventually uses his funky breath to ward off Larry and his mother Gloria as they try to retake the phone. Doug Dannger, "gay man and gay journalist," is on a run with his motorcycle club, but stops long enough to talk with Phil about the new Ghostbusters movie and a film that Doug thinks has the greatest analog special effects of all time... Basketcase!

Ep. 752

Reversed Dave Castorini, despite "sweating buckets" praying for a Palin endorsement of Cruz, is crushed to hear she went for Trump. Jeff Dowdder auditions for the "voice of NFL Films" job and lays down some real memorable stuff (sarcasm). Doug Dannger comes on to give RC Collins reporting tips, but it isn't long before he's threatening to kick his ass.

Ep. 728

The show originates from an ELCOTT property on Kauai, Hawaii. Dr Elcott again hurls accusations at Phil and the crew of playing grab ass around one of the ELCOTT pools. Doug Dannger reports on Star Wars making a billion dollars.

Ep. 679

Dr. Jim Sadler starts things off with a lesson about the wind and its many different forms. Yeah... Then Art Griego talks about some interesting robo-calls he's been receiving lately. And Doug Dannger wraps things up by discussing the Charlie Sheen HIV situation.

Show Log

Phil brings on Bobbie and Steve Dooley. The topic is Steve's brother in law, Chas Chang, and Bobbie's tendency to pronounce "sharp cheddar cheese" as "charp cheeder chas." Gay man and gay journalist Doug Dannger bullshits his way through a review of the Emmys. And later, it's a discussion of the highs and lows of Sunday's Lions-Utah game with Jack Eigagder and Bret Moreson.

Show Log

Doug Dannger from Las Vegas joins with the rest of the panel to yank Phil's chain about how and why Wiz Khalifa got arrested. Later Ted Bell, needing to pay off another ill-considered bet, has to let Leon Dunphy warble out another stinker on stage in the Prime Rib Room, much to Rudy Canosa's consternation.
