Show Log

Tonight David G. Hall guested and railed against a man who won a million dollars in a McDonald's contest. "I have way more dignity than that. If anyone offered me a million dollars I'd hock on the check, fold it in half and stick in the guys shirt pocket. I'm not here to give McDonalds their jollies, winning a contest and having my picture taken with a guy in an orange wig." Jay Santos joined us second hour. Jay feels that people uinloading Christmas presents from their cars and taking them to their homes pose a risk. What's in the packages? Are they really presents....or do they contain the makings for an at-home bomb factory. Jay and his CAP sub-commanders try a variety of things to get people to drop their packages. Tossing a rubber black widow spider onto the package is one way. They also use those fake rubber vomit puddles to try and gross people out. In our third and final hour we replay "A Phil Hendrie Christmas Carol" from 2009 starring Bud Dickman as Ebeneezer Dickman

Jay Santos of the Citizens Auxiliary Police talks about the threat of AI
Hour 1: Jay Santos is on the show to talk about the Fort Hood shooting. He said the United States Army blew it. He emailed an idea to dress up an Army Intelligence Officer as a virgin to talk to this guy Hassan when he comes out of his coma. He'll think he's in heaven so maybe he'll give up some information. The Army dismissed his email and basically laughed in his face. Phil mentions the execution of John Mohammad. Today is the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Hour 2: Guy Barton and Kurt Queedy are on the show to talk about healthcare covering abortions. The say that Republican women will go along with the public plan if wealthy women are covered too. Hour 3: The Wall Street bankers have more access to the swine flu vaccine than the average person. Bob Green agrees with this. He's on the show to say that the first people to get vaccinated are the President and his family, the members of congress, business leaders and their families, little children and finally old people. Then the stories we couldn't get to.
Bobbie Dooley began the festivities saying that the best way to combat bullying was to go along with the kids and not be marked as a "spaz" or a "douchebag." It's "the lingo of the kids" according to Bobbie. Integrate yourself, says Bobbie. If the kids make fun of you for being fat, go on a diet. What would you rather have? A living, pregant, popular daughter or a spaz swinging from a rope in the garage......Harry Shearer, mercifully, joined us in the second hour talking about his new album "Greed and Fear" and the bad old days at Saturday Night Live....Final hour, Jay Santos of the Citizens Auxiliary Police said the militia groups are all Mickey Mouse and what we should really be on guard against are the tight skirts and baggy pants worn by todays teens...."I guess you guys haven't heard. We just got the news. Gonorrhea's just hit Mach one. It's gone super-bug."
Attorney Darren Brown joined Phil for a discussion of the lawsuit against Google whereby a woman got hit by a car after using the Google Maps direction feature. Is it frivolous? Hardly, according to Darren. Google is a big company. They can afford it. The thing that is unjust to Darren is that the lawyer representing the plaintiff in the Google case got there first while Darren and the rest of the lawyers of the world have to wait in line for their big shot. He was gonna sue BP and then along came the oil leak and  that trumped his chicken-crap credit card class-action. Jay Santos of the Citizens Auxiliary Police announced tonight that he and his subcommanders will be outside theaters throughout Southern California on June 11 when "The A Team" comes out. They'll be asking people in line questions and looking over their apparel to make sure none of them are "hyper-patriotic" and are likely to come out of the theater "and want to go and buy a van and blow things up."
