Ep. 263

Tonight the discussion centered a bit around Phil's one man show coming up on Sunday night at the San Francisco Sketchfest. Margaret wondered about what song she should sing and discussed Justin Beiber's troubles as well. That led to talk about the singer Jimmie Rogers and his fateful encounter with the LAPD in 1967 which left him with a fractured skull. So, she decided to sing one of his hits, "Honeycomb." There was also a rather involved talk as well with Margaret and Bobbie Dooley about the place of parents in their kids careers, notably Jeremy Bieber, Justin Bieber's dad. Herb Sewell came on the program and talked about an order of nuns that don't want to have to pay for ACA-mandated contraceptive care. Said Herb, "The Nun is up to things you and I can only have nightmares about."

Ep. 256

Hope you had a great MLK day! Phil wasn't live on the radio, so we've got some Comedy Gold from January 24, 2001. Bobbie Dooley started off the show by discussing her recent Wintertacular Cruise. She was invited to sit at the Captain's table. Sandy Boucher was too fat and would embarrass the girls, so she was asked to sit out. Bobbie and her friends have tried to help Sandy lose weight by calling her on the phone and oinking repeatedly at her. The second hour featured a rant about the escaped Texas convicts, screwing up your kids, and the voices used on the show. The third hour was closed by Art Griego, who was a Northwest Pilot fired for drinking on the job. Art thinks that all pilots take a pop before a flight, because it's a very combat-like job. Very nerve-wracking. Art argued that pilots all puke before every flight.

Ep. 246

Bobbie Dooley is running a Western Estates Democratic Women's Club and she's all set to educate the world on.....stuff. From January 2004.

Ep. 211

Bobbie Dooley is Y2K crazy, as she tries to load up on bottled water for the upcoming apocolypse and gets into a hair pulling fight with another woman. From December 1999.

Ep. 190

Big night with Bobbie Dooley explaining her initial decision to boot a homeowner for lying about acting in porn films, in a sub-genre called "she/he hee hee" (shemale comedies) and "he/she wee wee" (shemale water sports) The accused actresses husband, Duvay Bootman, comes on the program to defend his wife... Raj Feneen and his son Todd called in to talk about their love of Dickensian-style Christmas, the Charles Dickens vision of Christmas. Raj even laughed about the time his son heard "Rama Lama Ding Dong" on the radio and thought it was about Ramadan... Vernon Dozier discusses his new series "Pussy Hits of the Week" where he talks about seemingly brutal hits that weren't brutal at all. This week, the Brandon Browner hit on Wes Welker from 2012.

Ep. 181

Phil had a bout of insomnia and so had to have Bobbie Dooley fill in tonight. Bobbie and husband Steve brought on as their first guest Amalio Fandango, the head of security at Western Estates, who talked about peeking in bedroom windows as a way of making sure everything's good both inside and outside the home. Later Dean Wheeler was on from his Wheeler Spa in Novato, CA giving meditation lessons to his "$900 a night guests" Bobbie finds out the song "Afternoon Delight" by what she calls "The Starland Bacon Band" is about swinging and she is sickened at the thought of "those two hogs licking their lips over Steve."
