Doug Dannger went up to a person in a movie theatre told them to shut their cell phone off. Doug claims that heterosexuals simply don't have thHour 3:Conservative Larry Grover joins the program. Larry claims his failed efforts to remove president Bill Clinton from office cost him his family, led him to return to drinking, and forced him to join the church of Jesus Christ and Latter Day Saints.
Hour 1:"Willie the Dumpster Diver" Bobbie Dooley calls the program to discuss Willie Fulgear, the man who received a $50,000 reward for finding the Oscar award statues in the dumpster.Hour 2:Entertainment journalist Doug Dannger joins the program. Doug is furious over an article published by the Wall Street Journal in which they interviewed Academy members to predict this years Oscar winners.Hour 3:Phil pays a female listener $300 to play drums on the phone for the rest of the show. Harvey Wireman joins the program, he advocates sterilizing people in our society. Phil talks about the many female drummers in rock.
Monday, January 24, 2005 Hour 1: Ted Bell from Ted’s of Beverly Hills Steakhouse joins the program to promote his dining etiquette classes. Phil tries to give one of these classes away on air, but Ted stops him due to his nervousness over letting Phil’s listeners into his restaurant. He thinks the talk radio listener is a lower class citizen, and before they can take his etiquette class, they need a remedial class on hygiene, including washing their hands after they use the toilet. Towards the end of the segment, a German woman calls in disgust; this causes Ted Bell to yodel! Show flashback of Lloyd Bonifide describing his hatred of French Poodles, and he tries to kill himself with an electric can opener. Hour 2: Margaret Gray is the guest for the hour. She explains that it is risky to rent property to single mothers. Margaret believes it is legitimate, as a landlord, to ask the question if all the children come from the same father, and worry if the woman has a lot of male callers coming to the home. Hour 3: Doug Dannger, writer for the Orange County Courier, is the guest in the third hour. Doug is a gay man and gay journalist, and he is writing an article about the Great American Smoke-out. As part of his investigation, he is going to out in public places and smoking to see how people react. He says because he is gay, nobody will have the temerity to go eyeball to eyeball with him and tell him to put out his cigarette. Show log by Kyle Davis.
Hour One:Herb Sewell comments on the Michael Jackson acquittal saying many of the men he was incarcerated with "for various perversions" wonder if now, with this verdict, the "light is green" for perverts.....Hour Two:Doug Dannger, a gay man and a gay journalist, claims during this freewheeling hour that he is also black, having experienced "the same kind of discrimination." Therefore, Doug claims that many black people are frightened that another pervert may have just been let loose on the streets but also glad that a black man was lynched by "a pack of Central Coast crackers."............Hour Three:Phil tries to explain away the pod cast problems, boasting that "some new technology will be installed"......Phil then screams about how we "need to do something about the price of oil" but says he's still not buying a hybrid....The Cowboy Jim Show features a gun safety lesson that has Jim (naturally) blowing off his own manhood and the show announcer bringing on a cartoon and then committing suicide....David G. Hall, feeling the Cowboy Jim bit was real juvenile, makes Phil sing the Cowboy Jim theme song......Finally Margaret Grey tells Phil Tom Cruise is a huge fan and wants to come watch the show but first Phil has to attend a series of lectures at the Scientology Center.........
Wednesday, February 4, 2004 Hour 1: VARIETY. Hour 2: Doug Dannger says that you won't tell him to his face that you disapprove of gay marriage. At 33m Doug makes a caller repeat her statement over and over repeatedly ad nauseum while Phil's ostensibly in the bathroom. Hour 3: Lloyd Bonafide is a Korean War vet who feels disrespected when someone thrusts their hand to stop an elevator door closing. It sends Lloyd into a "fight or flight" situation, and holds up his world. Treat your veterans with respect!.
Hour 1:Doug Dannger has constructed a website called www.getlarger.com with the plan to "out" homosexuals. Doug is a gay man and a gay journalist who says he has a duty to let the public know what's going on if a man is some kind of bullcrap artist.Hour 2:Channel 19 News Anchor Don Berman has written a new book called "The Art of Drinking Alcohol." Don spent six months in jail for racking up three DUI's but then got bored with AA and decided to start drinking again. Don's new book illustrates secrets and tips on how you can drink as much as you want.Hour 3:Phil reminisces about all the women in radio business that he's known and fallen in love with. Phil talks about Sirius stock and Michael Moore getting sued for 85 million. Phil talks about an ironic thing that happened to him today and reads some news.
Wednesday, August 20, 2003 Hour 1: VARIETY. Hour 2: Ann Coulter. Hour 3: Doug Dannger is writing a book called Tough Love. As a gay man he goes around, offensively criticizing normal families and describing how they're stupid. They consider what he has to say and sincerely thank him. Doug says it's because they're reaching out for honest criticism.
Friday, June 21, 2002 Hour 1: Bob Green invested 500 grand in US Wins World Cup mugs, they didn't, and now he's trying to force people to buy them threatening to get their credit report ruined. Hour 2: VARIETY. Hour 3: Doug Dannger criticizes prom kids for riding in limos and thinking they're big shots. What happened to the days where you'd expect to see Jack Nicholson? Nowadays it's someone's brat. If Doug sees this happen, he'll grabs them and tells them to go get a cab.
The show started off with "Weakest Link" round 2, featuring Bud Dickman, Pastor Renneck, Steve Bosell, and RC Collins. Phil then ranted about his weekend activities, and what he called, "Stupid Day", on the freeway. Jeff Dowder joined us in the second hour to say that his dad is an alcoholic. At Father's Day brunch his dad got loaded and the manager tried asking them to quiet down, so his dad had to beat him up. Doug Dannger wrapped up the show to complain that people didn't listen to the critics when they said that Tomb Raider sucked. Now Doug's going to get candy and popcorn to be held up and you won't have it in the movie.
