Lloyd Bonafide is sure the film footage Phil shows in the background on his videocasts is Korean War footage and becomes nervous and upset when he sees it. When his wife walks in and tells Lloyd that it's actually D-Day footage, Lloyd becomes embarrassed and angry. He tells Phil that "when that happens I need honor, to feel vindicated, avenged." Since he's not going to smack his wife, daughter or "the man my daughter married" Lloyd decides he has to talk it out on his five year old grandson, who is sitting there wearing a tiger costume they just purchased for him. He picks the boy up by an arm and a leg, walks outside with him and doing an Olympic hammar spin flings the kid 10 feet into his above ground pool. "I had to clear 8 foot of ground too" says Lloyd. David G. Hall and one of the sales team for the Phil Hendrie Show, Dean, called Phil to tell him the Michele Bachmann Corn Dog material was overkill and "shooting fish in a barrel." Dean told Phil that because of the recession selling air time in his show was tough and Phil talking about Michele Bachmann "sliding one" didn't help. Herb Sewell, a convicted child molester now out on parole told Phil he dared not try and rescue a kid at Laguna Beach yesterday for fear he'd be arrested by the police or beat up by some "vigilante." The best he could do, said Herb was "take out a stop watch and time how long it would take for the kid to sink under the waves while I ate my cashews and soup." Larry Grover is back from Iowa and hit the air of the Phil Hendrie Show last night disgusted with Michele Bachman "deep sixing" a corn dog. Larry told Phil he thinks there is no doubt, judging by the relaxed look in her eyes and her jaw seemingly accommodating the gag reflex that Bachmann "makes a daily practice of 'sliding a few"." Jay Santos of the Citizens Auxiliary Police is alerting all Rick Perry supporters that he and his sub-commanders will be at Rick Perry rallys questioning people about "seceding from the union" and "the whole sedition thing...."

Also high school teacher Vernon Dozier was talking about getting his female soccer players ready for the season by a highly focused session of dinner, a limo-ride and laying on a blanket watching planes take off at LAX....

Dean Wheeler of the Northern California Holistic Center was Phil's guest in the first hour to talk about America's eroding economy and how we'll still be expected to adopt African babies. Dean adopted three but sent them back as not being African enough. Ted Bell's Ted's Of Beverly Hills sponsored our second hour and Ted started in with how smart he is for buying gold. When people didn't seem to care that Ted had made gold serving trays for the restaurant or was installing a gold statue of himself and his wife and son out in front of his Beverly Hills home, Ted revealed that he had "a gold grill made that says 'Big Boy, Power 106'" and was on his way tomorrow to get it installed.
