The bill would require Spanish speaking immigrants and nationals alike to speak english in the presence of other English speaking people.Hour 3:RC Collins wrote an article in "La Opinion" that called on the president of Mexico, Vicente Fox, to quit his job and come to the US to get a job as a Gardner.
